A very nice young lady started and things were going fine but then they had this older male come over to finish. He had no idea what he was doing. He hurt me with the automatic nail file, had an attitude the entire time, had no idea how to use the instruments or the materials properly. But the final straw was when he took something from my toe and flicked it on my leg on purpose and said see I know what I'm doing. I should have slapped him, but I just walked out instead because I'm not a violent person. This place needs to shut down.

There was music playing which helped me not to think so hard about it. Amanda explained every product she applied. She did a great job of making me feel comfortable and relaxed. No Brazilian is painless, but this experience was as bearable as it was thorough. She didn't hesitate to repeat the process on areas that needed more attention than others. There have been times in the past where I went a long time in between waxes and they were always as or more painful as I expected them to be. This time was different. I really didn't feel as much pain as I was anticipating. Once I left, I almost forgot a few times that I had even had it done. I enjoyed my experience here and if I lived in the area I would definitely make this my go to for waxing. I like the different waxes they use. Some people have preferences on waxes so I should mention that they are the hard waxes. I personally prefer this kind of wax.
