Double tip bill!!!!! They charged automatic 15% without telling you!

Never again! You swipe your card and add a small tip. THEN, when you get your receipt you find out they automatically charge 15%....for what?!?!? They don't tap tables. when you take the tray then follow up with the check...and 10 minute wait. Then we just went up to the counter to check out because it seemed like they were never coming up. So they got tipped 22% for doing not a freakin thing. I'll drive 30 minutes away and go to Fresco's in Lancaster. They don't play these game or raise their prices ridiculously high. Then $6.50 for a 2L soda?!? That's insane!!! Save your money and go to Lancaster.

We come here at least 5 times a year. They're charging system is annoying. They charge a credit card transaction fee plus if you eat in they automatically charge a 15 % tip,but if you do take out they still expect a tip. I guess people in central PA may not be tipping properly or at all. I just pay a $2 tip because we do carry out. You feel guilty! Tipping thing is getting out of hand. We do carry out most of time. The chicken is good, but lately they seem smaller. However, they are generous with the fried rice so that's a plus. Their ceviche is out of this world. It's pricey at $20.50 but it tastes so fresh and exotic. I also love their green and pink sauces to dip my fried yuca in. I could probably eat this food every day.

I was in town visiting a friend and he told me about this place. Nothing fancy but lady at the counter was pretty nice. I ordered the half of chicken with sweet plantains and white rice. It was pretty tender but the taste was nothing spectacular. It came out to be about $25 with a passionfruit juicepretty good stuff but it was a little pricey I would say about 3 1/2 stars and four stars for the nice lady at the counter

I stumbled across Quechuas on a food delivery app while trying to decide on something other than my usual to eat. I decided to get the half chicken, fried rice and sweet plantains. I kept seeing everyone talk about the green sauce in their reviews so I ordered that not knowing it already came with the food. It also came with another sauce that was a ketchup-Mayo mixture. I was not a fan of the sauces. The green sauce is full of flavor but a little too spicy for my liking and I don't like ketchup and mayo combined. But the food was super delish. The half chicken is legit a half of a chicken. The portion of food was enough for two. Rice and chicken seasoned well and the plantains were fried to perfect golden hue. The food was packaged well and still hot considering the distance the delivery person had to travel. I am a satisfied customer.

I ate here for the first time last night. I was super sad when I had to leave Maryland and my beloved local pollo a la brasa restaurant. Imagine my surprise to find a place that's almost as good and not too far from our new home! This restaurant is located in a small shopping center near an AMC movie theater and ALDI food market. My husband and I ordered the half chicken, sweet plantain, and arroz chaufa. The pollo a la brasa was seasoned nicely and the plantain and rice were quite good. I absolutely love the green picante sauce as well. The restaurant was very busy with a steady flow of patrons coming in to pick up orders and dine in during the 40 minutes we were there. The total for our order came to $38 including our drinks. I felt that the pricing was very standard, especially considering that they have no competition in the area. My only complaint is that we asked for half dark meat and were given a quarter dark and a quarter white. We'll be sure to confirm that they hear us correctly next time we order. I will definitely be back!

Wish there were more of these! We were in town to visit Hershey Park. We came here for dinner around 6pm. Service here was fantastic. We started off with 2 Inca colas and ordered a seafood plate (Jalea) and the classic chicken plate which came with with fries and rice. I was craving seafood and this restaurant had exactly what I needed to satisfy my craving. The jalea came out quickly and had cilantro, lime juice, and red onions. It was so delicious and aromatic! This restaurant was a bit hard to find because the GPS system tells you you've arrived, but it is in the back of the building so just keep searching until you find it!

Comfortable dining room and great service on top of lots of delicious food choices that I imagine most of us don't frequently see. The restaurant is in a little strip mall with 4-5 other restaurants, and I bet any of the other restaurants would have been a better choice. Inka Kitchen looked the fanciest on the outside with its seating area and fresh hanging flower baskets outside. I ordered a water with lemon. Sorry, no lemon, is lime okay? I also ordered an Inka cola. Sorry, we only have 2 liters, no individual servings. Then I ordered a 1/2 chicken with fried plantains & black beans. Sorry, no Peruvian chicken and the plantains are not sweet. The Peruvian restaurant did not have Peruvian chicken or fried plantains. So, I settled for a burrito bowl. I could not have been more disappointed. The chicken was tasteless but salty and tough/dry. There was a tablespoon of black beans, some diced tomatoes, definitely NOT pico de gallo, four slices of avocado, no guacamole, no sour cream. The other person had a quesadilla which they said was okay. So, how the restaurant has a 4.7 review is BEYOND me.

Someone asked me what it is marinated in; my answer was: it's marinated in deliciousness! True! Served with choices of sides, my chicken came with a salad ( always fresh ) and plantains. So delicious and such a great portion! I remember when the owner talked about expanding and opening another place and I am so happy he is getting rewarded for his hard work. Here's the issue, the machine said there was no more chicken for the day. I'd driven about 40 minutes to get this chicken and for there to be no more, I was kinda irritated. Someone behind the counter heard me and went through a whole explanation of how the system doesn't recognize that they hold some chicken back from the system so they don't run out because it takes a long time to cook. So, I was able to get the chicken but I was now in a bad mood. We ordered a lot of food! chicken and fried rice, a side salad, lomo saltado, It wasn't bad, but it didn't blow my mind either. My chicken was really overcooked, likely from being made and held. There was only one sauce offered with the chicken. A yellow sauce that was very mayonnaisey. Everything was served on paper plates and boats. They only had plastic cutlery. I got the vibe that even though there is seating, this is a takeout joint.
