I came here last night for the first time to play Bingo Loco with my girlfriend for her birthday. We had so much fun! Highly recommend and we will definitely be back! Get there early if you want a good spot especially if it's a sold out event. The food was good and beer was cold and good price ($8 and some change). You order your food and drinks from the QR on the table and it gets delivered to you. Super convenient! The atmosphere was going off and everyone was having a great time!

Laid-back/trendy music venue in downtown SD! Came here on a weekday night to see Carrtoons. Security line/entrance process was seamless. This is an open-air venue with some canopies overhead, tables, chairs, & clean bathroom. The bar area is located on the right and has a wide selection of beers/kombucha on tap, mixed drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, and various shots you can order. There is a resident Mexican eatery on site (walk up and order). I didn't get the food, but the pictures on Yelp look promising!

Came here on a Saturday night for a show. I love that the ambiance is very casual, neighborhood friendly and gives you a taste of the SD night life before you head out straight to Gaslamp. The shows here end around 9pm every night due to the neighboring apartments, which sucks. So be aware that the crowd may be a bit older for these shows LOL. They have beers on tap and cans for purchase. The service is quick and plenty of space to roam around. Parking in the area is sort of hard, but not impossible.

What a fun time at Salsa under Stars!!! Beautiful space for a creating memories with family and friends. You can't beat a place that has Live Music, booze and noshes. So many beautiful people dancing!

My husband and I went here on Friday for the Geese band concert! Loved everything about this beer garden/concert venue. I enjoyed the open area where you could order a variety of food and drinks. We ordered beer and wine and the service was fast especially with the concert taking place. People were sitting down and enjoying their food and drinks so that's versatile versus standing the entire time. I would highly recommend attending an event here. We had so much fun!!!

I came to this venue for an event, Bingo Loco. Finding parking on a Friday evening was very difficult. This venue is close to Petco Park and there was a Padres game that evening. We couldn't find street parking so we paid to park at a nearby parking structure. Checking into the event was quick and easy. We grabbed a spot by the bar for the bingo event. Servers were very friendly and helpful. I ordered a Moscow Mule and Chips with Salsa and guacamole. Drink was delicious and the chips, salsa, and guacamole were good too. I love the vibe of this venue. It's outdoors so it didn't get too stuffy when we were packed in there for the event. It was easy to get to the bar and to the bathrooms.

I've been to Quartyard twice now, and tonight was by far the better experience. It was 80s Night, and they really went all out--the music was great, the atmosphere was fun, and they even had a swing, which was a nice touch! I previously went during their Light Fest, which was cool in its own way, but the energy tonight was just on another level. That said, I do think the drinks are overpriced for what you get. The quality doesn't quite match the cost, which is a bit of a downside. But the variety of events they host throughout the year keeps things interesting, and I'll definitely be back to check out more in the future. If you're looking for a fun night out with a unique vibe, Quartyard is worth a visit!

Hubs and I went to the interactive light experience at the Quartyard. We started with drinks and food. The drinks were flavorful and looked great as well. The food came from El Comal I believe and we ordered tacos and tostadas. Both were flavorful and were small plates. The bartender was friendly and helpful, despite it being busy. After, we checked out the different light experiences they had throughout their property. I really liked the silent disco (at least that's what I call it). They had neat light installations throughout.

Went to Quartyard for trivia on Wednesday, and it was seriously so much fun!! The venue itself is super artsy and trendy, kind of like an outdoor warehouse with shipping containers. The staff was super sweet and had great energy. They had a nice selection of beers, ranging from light options and ciders to IPAs and dark beers. It was seriously such a fun time and a great place to let loose! I've seen shows being held at this space before, so I've always wanted to check it out! Will definitely be back! The staff, beers, and event space were all super great!!

I visited on a Friday night for the free bingo event hosted by SD Hosted from 7 PM to 9 PM. We played four rounds of bingo, each with unique winning requirements. Between rounds, they offered fun games like flip cup and a taco-eating contest. There was also a prize wheel that participants could spin during the games, with rewards like a free drink, a $1 shot, trivia challenges, or even the chance to pie the host. Fall Brewing provided some swag for giveaways, and they featured $6 Fall Brewing beers alongside $8 options for other beers. The atmosphere and bartender were awesome with a great vibe and excellent music. Overall, it was an fun experience!

Attended Natasha Chandel comedy show with family and friends this past weekend. My first time here, was impressed at how big and spacious the Quartyard was. They had a lot of artwork displayed on the walls, they were pretty cool and vibrant. There's plenty of seating/tables/chairs throughout the premises and a bar area. They have a food area as well, it's at the back of the stage. Once you order, you can go back to your table. They will give you a buzzer to notify you when your food is ready. They prices were a bit pricey for basic food but it's the price we pay for convenience. We had ordered nachos nachos ($16) , rolled tacos ($15), empanada ($15), street corn ($12), junior cheeseburger ($15), jalapeño wrapped bacon ($16) and bone in wings ($16). They were all just okay, nothing to rave about it. They have a long bar area, looked pretty neat but the alcohol choices was not so great. I would definitely go again if any events catch my eyes in the future. It's a cool spot to hang with friends and family. Friendly people all around. They even have security guards on the premises, they were helpful and welcoming.

So good and such a comforting combo. That said, Harland is way more than just a coffee shop. It's also a brewery and a full food spot with solid options from breakfast through dinner. Today I stopped in for lunch and ordered the chicken tenders tossed in hot honey, to go. Wow easily some of the best I've had. Crispy, flavorful, and perfectly done. I also love that you get fries with your meal... I know that sounds crazy but the majority of the restaurants in the area are expensive for what you get. Which most of the time is just the entree alone without any sides. This place lets you pick between a salad or fries. Both solid options and they give you generous portions. What really stood out was the staff. They were incredibly thoughtful and made sure to put the hot honey on the side (and plenty of it!) so the tenders wouldn't get soggy. That extra attention to detail made the meal even better. Not to mention how warm and inviting the location is as well. It is in the heart of South Park, which alone is already such a cute little part of SD. Between the drinks, the food, and the consistently great service, I keep coming back and at this point, I'm definitely a regular. Can't wait for my next visit!

It is the quintessential college town, bar area, downtown (city) collection of people. Some homeless people (not too many) really add to the grunge essence, with the streets providing the fairly grimey feel. Werewolf had quite the vibe for 4pm on a Monday, good music, young adults chatting about some food, the music, and everyday life. One young man was journaling, memorializing his thoughts. BOOM, there's Fiona, a friendly face, interactive, formal intro (she did this with each patron), and it gives you a welcoming feeling. She is attentive, and patient as you navigate the menu. Menu had strong suggestions, happy hour had 50% off appetizers, and prices were very fair. I ordered the Beets/ Brussels/ and Blue salad. It stated it had golden beets which you don't see on many menus and unfortunately is the reason I am giving a 4 for this location, there was not one golden beets which in my salad, in fact, there wasn't even one beet. Blue cheese crumble was minimum, and the Brussels were pan fried, to the edge. I also ordered the Hot Chicken Sandwich. This was good, the chicken thankfully slathered Franks red hot was trying to hide the "blackened" fried chicken. Just on the edge but it was still enjoyable. The star of the food... was the fries. Crisp, hot, lightly salted, and retained the heat and crispiness through me eating the whole sandwich. I am eating healthier today and wasn't planning on any fries, but I did enjoy a few. I would bet anything fry orientated here had to be a winner. Garlic fries, etc. I did buy a t-shirt for my wife, selection was minimal compared to the online store, but seriously, point of sale is where it's at for your merchandise. Set up a swag area, and stock it.
