When I called insurance to find the next step, I was told they have to send it to another company, for some reason. It came to a head at the end of September, and they finally agreed to just pay a base fee for coverage based on the plan. Prior to this, NO MENTION of a cap payout prior! They provided a quote and phone number to do the job from one of the plumbers who came out. It was an LLC. When I searched the phone number, it was linked to a plumber and a driving school! Needless to say, did not go with them. Now, the reason we are here... along came Peace of Mind plumbing. Mike arrived as promised, quoted the job, and provided a date to install, no fuss, no muss. The installation date came, and it was magic. From the delivery of a new boiler, the breakdown, the tow-away of the old unit, and the installation, everything was flawless and clean. They were at our house a week later, could've been sooner if I hadn't been traveling, the work was completed impeccably. Given that our sewer line weaves its way across our property we were anticipating major damage outside from ripping up pavers and the driveway, but the team found away to avoid all of that.
