We shared 3 slices between the 3 of us so we could try them all. The mushroom and proscuitto one was my favorite, but I also really liked the spicy salami one and the tomato pesto. All the ingredients tasted so fresh and paired so well together. I was so happy after this meal and would definitely recommend this spot for anyone in Venice!

Al Garzoti doesn't have any of these things, with their name only appearing inside on the bar. Service is nothing to write home about; our waiter who looked like a young Nick Jonas, minus the charm, barely interacted with us, but the food he brought us was wonderful! If you've already had some pizza while in Italy, then go with a calzone instead. They are large and a great value, too. Note the ingredients first, though; Italians do not like substitutions. The pizza here is the highlight, and indeed, it was pretty excellent, though I would say in general, we had nothing but excellent pizza while anywhere in Italy. The pasta we had was... just ok, and the very large salad we all split was really good. The best part of this place, and dining in Venice generally, is taking in all the sights and sounds while eating streetside. It's such a unique place to be, and without the sound of cars everywhere, still give you a little bit of that old world feel... speaking of Venice of course, because other than this being in an old building, everything inside Rossopomodoro was pretty modern. I've had better pizza from Aldi's Now, I rarely give a one star rating, unless it's truly deserved. When I asked the waiter, if this was a Davola pizza, he just shrugged it off and said yes.
