They've been consistently amazing ever since they opened, and somehow they've only gotten better over time. I honestly enjoy just about every drink on their menu, especially their seasonal specials. My all-time favorite has to be their 2026 Spring Earl Grey Matcha. I was getting it almost every week, and I was genuinely sad when they switched over to their summer menu. Thankfully, they kept the Mango Sticky Rice Matcha, because wow... what a flavor explosion. It's easily one of the best matcha drinks I've ever had, and my friend and I keep coming back just for it. I know it sounds a little adventurous, because it did to me, but when I tried it, it genuinely changed my life (kidding). If mango isn't your thing, I highly recommend either the Double Matcha or the Banana Matcha. The Double Matcha is perfect if you love a strong matcha flavor; you can really taste the quality of the matcha they use. As for the Banana Matcha, I normally don't gravitate toward banana drinks, but SIP completely changed my mind. They use what tastes like a banana pudding instead of artificial banana flavoring, and it blends so smoothly with the matcha that every sip feels balanced and indulgent. The café itself is just as charming as the drinks. The wood paneling gives the space a cozy, retro vibe that makes you want to stay a while, and the staff is always incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming.

The space is super cute with such a fun, cozy vibe, and the staff was so kind and welcoming. I especially loved the red gingham decor it gives the whole place the cutest little picnic feel There are a few chairs where you can sit, sip, and chat, but no tables, so I wouldn't really consider this a spot to bring your laptop and work. Now the MATCHA I looooved their matcha with the Earl Grey foam top. OMG... it was phenomenal!! The matcha was earthy, umami, and so well balanced, and the hint of Earl Grey in the foam complemented it perfectly without overpowering the matcha. Such a good combination! I will 100% be coming back for this one!

Even though this place is known for brunch, a lot of the dishes do not seem like brunch items, but I I'm not complaining. Mango sticky rice matcha (3/5); wasn't anything too crazy. I thought it was going to taste different than a mango matcha, but it seemed no different for me. I was hoping something earthy from the rice. Crab toast (5/5): Flavorful and plenty of crab. Definitely a fancier and luxurious breakfast. Curry crab omelette (5/5): Wow this was amazing. This was such packed with umami I flavor with the same level of comfort. Seafood Tom Kha Pasta (5/5): This just blew me away. It tasted like authentic Tom Kha with an Italian twist. The tom kha was buttery and packed with seafood. The sauce was just sensational. Really enjoyed my experience and I hope to be back soon z

I've been here a couple times before and the service has always been really good and fast each time. Fortunately, this time was not any different :) Everything we ordered was plated so beautifully and tasted amazing. Additionally, each dish was only $10-$12 because of happy hour! My personal favorites were the banh mi chao, chicken wings, and seafood ceviche. It's obvious they put a lot of effort in these dishes in terms of presentation and flavor. The restaurant itself is also so beautiful and is a good reflection on the amount of effort they put in creating a good experience for customers. I will go again and order the exact same dishes haha.

I went around 12:30 pm and it was a packed lot. The store itself was too busy and felt cramped. The space seems suitable for smaller groups. At the time, there was a line before you could order. It took almost 10 minutes for the order to be ready. American Express is accepted here. Sea Salt Coffee: This was on the signature section so I had big expectations for it. It was a very small drink (9 oz). It was slightly salted, tasted bitter, and wasn't sweet despite having condensed milk as an ingredient. It wasn't good. Canale: Despite having to wait for the drink, I needed to wait longer for this because the staff forgot to put it in the order. I needed to wait for them to prepare it in the back and also go back to the counter to charge for it. All to wait for something that was mushy. Coffee Beans: I saw there were coffee beans from Glitch in Japan. It was a brand that I loved there so I wanted to give it a try. I don't usually like fruity notes but this was really delicious. However, it's extremely pricy for how little beans there is.

It's located in a large plaza that contains a supermarket. I went at around 11 AM and it was busy. There was a wait for ordering and many seating was already taken. For future reference, there is an option to order online for pickup. American Express is accepted here. I wasn't sure what to order at the time. With a recommendation, the staff said biscoff cookie butter latte was good option for those with a sugar craving. Looking at the menu again, I saw they had a pistachio cream latte. Absolutely loved the drink; cream top wasn't too sweet and paired well with the espresso. Despite being busy, it only took a few minutes for them to make the drink. They also sold coffee beans, which I grabbed as well. Appreciated that they have different pricing for later roasted dates. I was able to grab a spot as someone was leaving. It's a decent spot to sit and get some work done. However, it could be a bit nosy. If not a working spot, definitely for picking up quality coffee drinks! Looking forward to trying out other items in the next visit.

While I was there I saw their glorious casing of pastries and I couldn't resist. I ordered and enjoyed: 2 Garlic Bread ($5.35/each), Chocolate Croissant ($6.60), Almond Croissant ($6.85), Cinnamon Pull Apart Bread ($4.75) and 2 Macarons ($3.20). Their pastries are fantastic. My boyfriend doesn't enjoy sweets as much as I do so that garlic bread was good for it. The croissants were really flakey and flavorful. I enjoyed the bread. The café is located in a shopping center with plenty of parking, so getting in and out was easy. The interior is bright and cute with a cozy atmosphere. Even though I wasn't dining in, it seemed like a nice place to sit in. Service was also friendly. I ordered the Ube Coco Latte and the Matcha Soufflé Pancake. The latte was rich, creamy, and smooth. The ube and coconut complemented each other well without either flavor being too overpowering. My only disappointment was that they don't offer a decaf option. The Matcha Soufflé Pancake took a little while to prepare, which is expected for soufflé pancakes. The pancakes were a little more moist than I personally prefer, but likely because I took it to-go. The mango purée was easily my favorite part, I honestly could have eaten it by itself. Combined with the foam and the subtle matcha flavor, everything came together nicely without being overly sweet. Overall, it's a good spot if you're looking for a café with unique drinks and desserts. I'd like to dine in next time I go!
