I had place a order on December 15 , 2016 using my Groupon and as of today January 16, 2017 I have not received my order. I checked on the website and added my Order Number #538521 SHIPPED. Almost four weeks later and my order still has not shipped. They keep you updated on the process but I had no idea that the process would be so long. They say it will take between 10 to 14 days total and I am way beyond that at this point. The whole process has been disappointing. We ordered two cheese boards for weddings this month and one wedding already came and went leaving us scrambling to get another gift. I was another Groupon purchaser - although I didn't have a problem with my order arriving timely, what my gripe was that I purchased 2 Groupon's for a total of 4 personalized cutting boards. I had to order 2 at a time, OK no problem...but I was charged $15 for shipping on each order. So in total I paid $30 for shipping....BUT, here is the catch - when I received my order(s) they packaged them all together and not as separate shipments and there was less than $15 in shipping costs! They replied that I signed off on the personalization. Why would I sign off on my own home address with the wrong #!!!!!!! Ugh!!!! Here we are again. Avoid this company 1000000% I too ordered through a Groupon and it's been over a month my order is still "processing". I thought it would be nice to have personalized hats for my family this Christmas. So when I placed the order it was in plenty of time to get my items before the holdays. However, nothing has been processed except my payment. I sent an email to the "support" team over two weeks ago and have heard nothing. I tried calling them and only got someone's voicemail. I left a message today. I think it is super shady business practices to take money for products never delivered. I will be contacting the BBB also. I take responsibility for not reading Yelp first! I am so glad I snapped a picture of my order number, even though when I try to look it up on their website the order number isn't recognized. I purchased a Groupon for a Christmas present. $5 for a custom cutting board wasn't a bad deal. I was making a Wine and Cheese basket for Secret Santa & this was... should have been.... the perfect addition to customize it. I purchased the Groupon December 4th, as Qualtry's website indicated a GUARANTEED by Christmas delivery for all orders placed by December 5th & I needed this for Christmas Eve. Getting close to Christmas, I looked on Qualtry's website for an Order Tracking link. When I couldn't find one, I looked for a customer Service phone number or a Live Chat button - BOTH were disabled for the Christmas Holiday due to the increased call volume & orders. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? I received an email from Qualtry December 16th indicating my purchase was in the "Proofing State" and won't see a machine for up to 3 days. Their website indicates once the order is shipped it's 3-5 days for delivery. Well folks, that's 8 days and we only had 5 business days before Christmas - that doesn't add up to a Guaranteed Delivery by Christmas, does it? Justifiably concerned, I finally found an email address and emailed Qualtry December 16th asking for an Update on my order. I explained to them that my order was still listed in the "Proofing Stage" and I was concerned I wouldn't receive my order by Christmas. I asked them, in my email, how I could expedite my order. I received an email auto-reply indicating, due to the high volume, someone would reply to my email in 2-4 days. Here's where I fell in their "stages" - Production Process - Design Stage - Proofing Stage ----- right here - Machine Stage - Quality Check - Packaging Stage I waited.... and I waited some more.. On December 19th I emailed again, having received no reply. I forwarded my original email asking for someone... anyone.... to get back to me. I'm getting desperate. I waited.... and I wanted some more.... On December 22nd, I emailed AGAIN & copied Groupon. Perhaps someone at Groupon can get me in touch with Qualtry. This is getting ridiculous, right? I added to my original email that if I didn't get a reply by 5pm I was reporting them to the BBB. I need the item for a Secret Santa on Christmas Eve - After 12/24 this product is not needed. I waited.... and I waited some more.... On December 23rd I FINALLY received an email from Qualtry indicating they would not be able to deliver my product for Christmas and they have a 99% fill rate. Unfortunately, I wasn't in that 99%. They offered me a 50% discount on a future order, which is a joke. I will never use them again. I replied to that email 12/24 indicating I don't need the product anymore, as I needed it 12/24. The automated reply I received? "This is an automated message. Do not reply.... Thank you for your email. On our website it states that we will respond within 2-4 business days..." My response? "You still haven't replied to my email dated 12/16 - that was more than 2-4 business days ago." I still have no tracking information and today, 12/27, the product is still listed in "Packaging Stage." Per their email, "This stage can take up to 3 days before your order is shipped." Do yourself a favor, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM QUALTRY. I sure wish I looked at reviews before purchasing this Groupon. Oh, and I emailed Groupon too, who were also less than helpful. Their reply to me copying them on the email was that no where on Groupon's website did it advertise "Guaranteed Delivery by Christmas." When the order came, I received one tag. I notified Qualtry (could never talk to a live person at Groupon) but was told I only ordered 1 tag and I needed to add the 2nd one to my cart myself despite them being listed as quantity (2) as an option. I've been fighting with them for months for my luggage tag. They offered to send one but told me I needed to pay the shipping! Absolutely ridiculous! Where is the customer service?? Here's an update on my other review where I didn't receive an order for a custom pillow cover and so didn't have a Christmas present to give (with absolutely no customer service, etc.) So... I finally received the cover, approximately six weeks after the order. And guess what, it was COMPLETELY BLANK! As in, no names written on it, just a rough, terrible-quality piece of cloth! And yes, I have the order with the names to prove that's what I input. How does a company get this incompetent and still stay in business? I will say that the first year I was panicked that I wasn't going to get my items in time, and there was zero reply from my emails to Customer Service and no way to contact them by phone, which was very frustrating, however my items arrived in time, and they are awesome! I have since ordered a variety of personalized items from Qualtry and find the pricing awesome, delivery now has been no problem, and all the items I received have been excellent quality. To update my previous review, I received the cutting boards today, 1/12/17 (ordered 12/9/16). I am bumping my star rating up to 2 stars, only because I love the product I was sent. Nice cutting boards with perfect personalization. However, the service got even more disappointing. After waiting over a month and paying over $21 for shipping, the boards were stacked together, nothing to protect one from the other, in a flat rate 3-day envelope from USPS, (which costs a bit less than $6) not a box .. an envelope! The wooden boards tore the envelope, which had been taped up, right over the wood. In doing some research, the flat rate box would have cost $6.80. For less than the dollar difference and a few sheets of paper to protect one board from the other, they could've done the right thing. Instead, they chose the cheap way out, even though I paid $21 for nothing else but shipping .. gesh! When you have a good product, why would you ruin it with such pitiful customer service? read more

We ordered the wood server boards and the following were of issue: * part of one of the board's was not aligned with the rest leaving a lip right near the handle to hang it. * a couple of the boards had non existent engraving or was poorly engraved (and this went through quality control?) * the boards all each had some engraving that you could not read. Not only did we send an email with the packing slip 3 different times without so much as an acknowledgement that it was received. We have not heard from anyone and the customer service extension just continues to have the FAQ recording and you are not given the opportunity to leave a message or anything. I understand from others that this organization may be understaffed, however, if you don't have the capacity and the quality of product to fill the orders you shouldn't be taking them! read more

I was supposed to get three and only ordered one at the time and I guess if you do t order all three you lose the other 2. So I ordered another for a gift and it never got to the recipient due to insufficient address and when I checked wit them to reorder it cost me another 20.94!!!! I guess tax and shipping again!!! I placed my order on 12/2 for 2 pairs of embroidered gloves which were supposed to be Christmas gifts, with a guaranteed delivery by Christmas. After reading the processing and delivery information, I understood that it would take them several weeks to get the gloves to me considering they don't operate on the weekends but they still should have arrived by 12/21. Online profile started in September of this year , he or she is located in Utah , and is the only reviewer to give a five star but rather generic review of an ONLINE mail order company located in Utah! Sounds like a red flag for Yelp . Now here is my true experience with this rather poorly run business... It all started with a groupon . Seems like this company gets the majority of their business thru groupon advertising . I was enticed by their offer for these five dollar engraved spoons for a few weddings I was to attend in a few weeks . I'm a pretty savvy online shopper so I read the fine print carefully and checked out their website . The deal was for one spoon for five bucks and 3.99$ shipping to be completed in about 3-5 day timeframe. The website was simple and their photos of the product looked very nice and when you see their listed price for items , you think that you're getting a steal. Well, their business tactic is to set the price high, and always have "sales" or online deals such as groupon to lure customers in . Anyway , I went ahead and bought my groupon and then went to the website and easily placed my order . In fact , it was so easy and I thought I was getting such a great deal that I went to groupon the next day and ordered two more groupons and placed my order for my two extra spoons a few days later . I thought everything was peachy and dandy . But as the first wedding date was drawing closer , I realized that I probably will not get my spoons in time for the wedding . After about 5 days passed ... I didn't get any real communication from the business saying that anything was happening with my order . I created an online account with them to check the status of my order and my first original order along with the two extra orders I placed a few days later was "unfulfilled" for over a week ... The groupon stated that they ship them out in 3-5 days . I also noticed that for one of the spoons my groupon code was not applied correctly , and was charging me something like 29$ instead of 3.99$! I was pissed at this point and wanted to get someone from the business to speak with but guess what ... They have no listed business number at all ! How frustrating and disappointing of a company with no customer service ! I communicated with them the only way possible thru emailing them . After two very firm emails and warning of my complaint to groupon and my credit card company of their possible fraudulent business , I finally got a string of replies . Three emails were automated responses saying all three of my orders spoons were being processed and they listed these pre ship usps codes that didn't tell me anything useful ( what a coincidence that all three of my orders went from unfulfilled to being processed only after I sent my emails to them ) . One was from an employee that addressed my concerns of the groupon code not being applied . He told me to send the code to him and that it will be applied. Well long story short . I finally got all three of my spoons at the same time. One wedding went and passed so It was kind of weird to give it to the couple after their honeymoon...for the second wedding , the spoons actually came the day of the wedding so that was cool I was able to still give them the gift on their wedding day . I also checked my credit card statement for the refund ... They were suppose credit me the full amount of 24.99$... I only got a 20$ credit back . I am happy with the spoons . They look good and the spoons have a very solid feel to them, however the customer service with them is awful . Very disappointed in the dog collars that I purchased. I bought five dog collars off of Groupon for 19.99 and when it came time to check out I found out there was a $33.79 shipping charge. So I tried to justify it and figured ok a little over 10 for each collar. Which seemed fair. Package arrived 7 days from order. No complaint there. All of the collars are way too big. Even though I carefully measured each one of the dogs before ordering. When I try to adjust the collar to the smallest size, it covers up the lettering. I am disappointed with myself because I normally check reviews before I purchase things. But because I thought I was getting such a good deal, I didn't check. Hands down one of the WORST experiences I've ever had with online shopping. I placed my order with them on December 3, 2015. After one week, when I had not received any emails regarding the fulfillment of my order or whether or not it had shipped, I emailed them to find out this info. I received an automated reply that someone would get back to me in 1-2 business days. This did not happen (still hasn't a month later). I followed up with two more emails and never heard back from anyone. When I checked back on the 19th (16 days after my original purchase) my order was still "unfulfilled" according to their website. On December 21st, 18 days after my purchase, I got an email that my order was fulfilled and would ship soon. I was provided with a tracking number which, when followed, showed absolutely nothing. Finally, I received my order on Dec 30th (27 days after order) and 6 days later than the company PROMISED it would arrive. (The website said repeatedly, all orders placed by 12/8 would arrive by Christmas.) To top it all off, the "magnetic bottle opener" I purchased is NOT magnetic. It's a complete joke. This company does nearly ALL of its sales through discount websites like Groupon and Living Social. They advertise their products as 5-7x what they're worth so that they can make the the discounted price seem like a great deal. I never got any response ... until the 21st, I got an auto-generated email that my order had shipped. I realize I am way luckier than those others who have yet to recieve their items. I will never order from this company again - it's certainly not worth the stress and hassle of not knowing if you're going to get your item or not. They have no troubles collecting money from customers, they should do better in return. read more
