While the product they sent looked good they did not fulfill the order I paid for and when I reported the issue they claimed that the order was what they sent. Even with the order details and screenshots of their website they are trying to tell me I got what the product was. I ordered 14 sets for Christmas presents. Their product literally said you would get a SET of coasters; Exact wording for their product. "Personalized Slate Coaster Sets" ... They sent me 1 coaster per order. By definition a "set" is more than 1. I paid $181.38 for 14 individual coasters. Not 14 coaster sets at the product said! My true rating is ZERO. I ordered a customized cutting board on April 16, 2025. So, tell me how a tracking label was created on April 15th. Supposedly the order was fulfilled and delivered on April 24th to an address in Florida. There's even a picture showing where the item was left by UPS. Unfortunately, my address is in Mississippi. UPS says the company put an incorrect label on the package, so I'll have to contact Qualtry to resolve the issue. Previously I had good luck with products from Qualtry. However, now my order shows it was delivered prior to the date that I placed the order. I believe my order was updated with the tracking info for another order since it was 8lbs heavier than my order and was sent to an address in a different state. When I try calling the Qualtry phone number it rings once and then hangs up. All emails have gone unanswered. The online chat fails to respond. It seems like they took my money and then closed shop. I am updating this review because literally the day after I wrote it i received my order so I got it right in the nick of time to have it wrapped for Christamas. Keep in mind no one had contacted me from Qualtry, no one updated the status of my order I just came home and it was there. Oh wait! they did update my order from processing to shipping a whole 3 days later and helpfully (insert sarcasm here) sent me a tracking number. Yes thank you for helping me track a package I already have in my possession. The whole interaction with Qualtry was opaque and annoying. Customer service wasnt helpful and them just sending me my order whenever they felt like it with no transparency about where I was in the process is untenable. also saying you will ship between 7 to 10 business days and not doing so is lying you lying liars you. For someone who plans gifts well ahead of time i pay attention to shipping dates this threw a whole wrench in my system. The actual product was fine. The cutting board is laughably small and i suggest you look at the specs before ordering. The pictures on groupon make it seem as if you are getting a full sized cutting board and you are not. The spoon and fork were etched as well and since they are just for show they will serve its purpose. Still wont order from this place again. too much of a headache read more

Poor customer service and business practices. I ordered a personalized black lantern and a candle back in December 2020. Sometime in January I received a WHITE lantern and NO candle. My order came with a note that said "Due to out of stock we have replaced your selection with another color to get your order to you in a timely manner. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and hope you are happy with your order." Needless to say I was not very happy! After about a month and a half going back and forth with customer service, they shipped me a replacement order. I got my (poor quality) candle this time around but guess what? For the love of all things Holy, do Not buy their products. While customization may entice you, their product quality is worse than Made In China. The wood items aren't even wood: it feels and looks like fake or composite material, light, flimsy and a one-time use kind of thing. Have an issue with your order or just want to know about where it is? Forget about it. You can call and leave a message (because their phone message machine will always say they have a "high call volume and can't answer the phone"), but they will never return your call. They have no actual online chatting (like their voice machine says), it's just sending them an email. And lastly, when you send them an email, it will take around 3 days to respond. Of course none of them arrived in time, actually several weeks after, but we understood due to the current circumstances. After receiving the order we realized that the personalized pocket knife we were supposed to receive wasn't personalized at all. It is literally just a pocket knife with no name engraved onto it!! We contacted the company immediately and were met with probably the worst customer service team I have ever encountered (hate to call someone out but Larry was extremely unhelpful). I just wanted to get some kind of idea when my packages we're going to arrive. It was not a large order or a difficult order and I ordered it in plenty of time to get here by Christmas. I sent multiple emails I did contact Support on their website and I finally Facebook messaged them. I got a few emails that said they would get back to me in 24 hours but of course that was 10 days ago. I finally got an email three days ago that said good news your package was shipped today. When I checked on the shipping information all they've done is create a label. It is now eight days until Christmas. Even now their website has a big red banner at the top that says there are delays most orders are taking 10 to 12 days. So far mine has taken over 30. read more

WTF!!! I got a Groupon for personalized sketch books....on November 8th. Items ordered from Qualtry the same day. I was hoping they would be here before Christmas. My items have not shipped and, just like all of the other people here, customer service doesn't respond to emails. My items aren't shipped yet, and it is well outside of the time frame promised. Silly me...thought Groupon might be a deal. A $5 item cost me $10 in shipping. If that wasn't bad enough, this company chose DHL (delivery service from HELL) to deliver the item. DHL failed to deliver the package (surprise; not). Now they passed the buck the post office; great...another week until I get it. If I received free shipping, I could let a few more days slide. However, the post office rarely updates the shipping information. I reached out to Qualtry...only to have them redirect me to another way to contact them. I guess responding to emails is too taxing. I completed their other form and here I wait. STOP using DHL...stick to UPS and FedEx. I ordered an item using a Groupon voucher on 11/28/18 to be received prior to Christmas. Per the website, it had been ordered in time to meet the pre-Christmas deadline.
