Update to my original review from December 14, 2020.... So after over a month of waiting for the items that I ordered for my daughters Christmas gifts, I FINALLY received my order on Tuesday. To say that I am displeased is an understatement. The first image is what was shown on their website, which is what lead me to order in the first place. The following image was taken today, and it shows what I actually received. There was no care given to ensure that these items were created as promised! If it weren't for my lack of faith/trust that they would get it right AND the fact that these scarves are now on back order, I would request a replacement. Just know, I will NEVER order from them again! #Qualtry #notworthit #neveragain #needtodobetter

I purchased a Groupon for a simple bottle opener, followed the links, applied the Groupon voucher number for one bottle opener as described. Went through the personalization, chose the standard shipping (less than $4) proceeded to check out and was charged $50 by Qualtry in addition to the Groupon purchase! Do not ever order from this Qualtry; it is a complete scam! And Groupon is NO help; when you click for support, you only get a message about COVID, no option to chat live. Called their customer support number only to get a recording to go back to the item support.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY I purchased 2 personalized dog collars from Groupon for $8.99. I immediately got the code and went to the website to place my order. THEY WILL MAKE UP THEIR COSTS in SHIPPING & HANDLING. They wanted to charge me $13.95 to ship from Utah to California. Please see my conversation with customer service when inquired about the outrageous charges. STAY CLEAR of THIS COMPANY.

Poor customer service and business practices. I ordered a personalized black lantern and a candle back in December 2020. Sometime in January I received a WHITE lantern and NO candle. My order came with a note that said "Due to out of stock we have replaced your selection with another color to get your order to you in a timely manner. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and hope you are happy with your order." Needless to say I was not very happy! After about a month and a half going back and forth with customer service, they shipped me a replacement order. I got my (poor quality) candle this time around but guess what? Another white lantern with the exact same note! And this entire time they've still been selling black lanterns on their site. Total waste of time and money.

Faded personalization.  Bottom line is completely gone.

I have had this rug out for 4 months and am so disappointed in Qualtrys lack of pride in their products by refusing to refund or replace their product. I will no longer purchase from them.

If I coul givee them zero I would. I purchase 5 bamboo cutting boards to be customized with my couples names and wedding dates for Christmas gifts. I purchased them on Groupon in September. I purchased 5. They then wouldn't take them all on one order and wanted to chaarge 15 shipping for each one with handling charges seperately. Then when I tried to use the groupon codes they kept saying they weren't allowed for this purchase. After 3 months I finally contacted Groupon and they refunded the money. DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME! SCAMMERS

I received a message from the manager after I posted my yelp review and he was very apologetic and offered to send me a quality sign ASAP. I received the sign very quickly and it came out exactly as I wanted. I appreciate him reaching out to me and acknowledging the issue and sending a replacement. He also offered me a discount on another order if I wish to purchase something else. I am going to take him up on that offer because I have my eye on a couple more items. Thank you again to the manager Stephen for reaching out to me and making me a happy customer my mom loved it!

Great customer service, would recommend! Saw an AD for Qualtry mini cutting/serving boards, I ordered 4 boards at $5 each and shipping to California was $17 (in my opinion, quite pricey for the size & weight of the items) The items were delivered just as ordered & the website was clear as to the dimensions of the items. The items were originally delivered on time however my mail was stolen so i emailed customer service; within a day i got a response & they kindly re-shipped my entire order for free. I had a great experience with my order & their customer service! Would recommend. *note: in the attached picture I set a pencil to the far right so you can estimate the size of the boards.

I got scammed as well. Pure theft. I ordered on Groupon, custome made serving boards for 40. Little tiny ones. It cost over 71.00 dollars to ship. They arrived a month later in a box that my post office said would cost about 14.00 through the USPS. I do not recommend!

I purchased a living social deal for personalized Christmas stockings and placed my order on November 21, 2017. I immediately received 2 separate emails from "management" thanking me for my business with false hope that they would actually deliver to make my day. (This is even after I realized they up charge shipping an insane amount) They advertise on their website that orders are shipped 7-14 business days from ordering so I was ok to wait, but never heard anything and the status update online has my order at "processed". It's only a few weeks before Christmas so I start to get worried my order will not arrive in time and reach out to customer service...4 emails (answered once with a bogus tracking number and no other replies after I requested to cancel), a failed attempt to chat online, unanswered voicemail and a lackluster experience with Living Social customer service later...I ended up having to order stockings from Amazon instead.

Didn't have the name we paid to be engraved into it!!

Trees are very nicely organized by type, including noble firs, Doug firs, Nordman firs etc. Sizes varied from 5' to 7' or higher. Prices were reasonable, and the fee to pack up the tree was only $3.00 for a 6' tree. All the employees were extremely friendly and answered any questions we had about the trees. It's true that you might find a better price elsewhere, but if it's tough to venture far out and you want to pick up a tree in the area, Frederico's is the way to go

I decided to make it easy and do that again this year because it was such a great experience. I went to a different lot but they didn't have sufficient staff on hand to get the trees off the lot for people when I was there, so I hopped back in my car and googled the next closest place, which ended up being Frederico's lot on State Street. There were a ton of staff available to help all the customers looking around. They offered four different varieties of trees in a range of sizes, all clearly marked with height, type, and price. There was no rush to pick a tree, but everyone was willing to answer questions, and once I picked my tree, they were extremely quick to dismount it from the metal tree holder and load it onto the top of my car while I paid. The owner himself was my cashier, and as we were talking I learned that this is the 29th year they've been open, and they had moved from a previous location back to THIS location, which had been the original spot he opened up. AND it turns out Frederico was where I had such a great experience last year, too! Their selection, pricing, and customer service were all much better than the other place I stopped by first, so I'm very glad I ended up tracking down Frederico again and will make sure I just head straight there next year. (They have two locations this year.)

The range and ability of what these lights can do through the app is amazing. We are so excited for every holiday going forward being able to adjust our lights for any and all occasions. After a couple of years, it just doesn't work AGAIN! I have looked at other reviews. This review reflects many others. Our start about three years ago was a little rough, but we got it figured out. I even referred two neighbors. Now, I can't modify the lights. They just do random stuff. I've sent emails and called Customer Support. As someone else said, "crickets!" Finally, I learned today that they will address my problem "within a few weeks!" How's that for great customer service! They're backed up because their system is faulty and they can't (won't) respond in a timely manner. I told them that I'm going to have a banner made for my lawn that says, "Don't buy permanent lighting from Everlights - they're faulty!" As others have mentioned, if you want permanent lights, shop around. There has to be a better company with real customer support. I, too, wish I hadn't spent (wasted) my money with this inferior company and a poor product.
