I called their customer service #, in which their voice automated message directed me to send an email. It has been 8 days and I haven't gotten a response. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH this company nor Groupon either. I have had the same experience as the countless people who have reviewed here. Purchased a Groupon deal, placed order, Qualtry did not recognize my voucher code and charged me full price. I got 1 email reply from Qualtry requesting my redemption code and I requested to cancel and refund me. Since then (3 weeks later) I have yet to get any reply after 5 emails and stallion refund of $62.00. No customer service line ... and oh, website offers LIVE chat with no link to connect. This is all quite laughable. I have emailed 1 last time today and if I do not hear back I will go to the BBB. I suggest everyone who has experienced this to do the same. Groupon only offers (here's the reply) "We can only help you with code issues during your redemption and any shipping or product issues after redemption using the voucher code". If Groupon is going to endorse a merchant, they should protect their clients from them ... I have escalated this within Groupon and have communicated with 3 people now. Whatever you do, do NOT purchase anything from Qualtry! And especially do NOT purchase a groupon for anything from them. We ordered two personalized power banks (super cute!) for my kids for Christmas gifts. We used a Groupon, however after paying shipping and handling these did not turn out to be a good price at all. We've tried the chargers several times......neither of them will charge a phone (one android and one iphone) even ONE TIME before dying and having to be recharged. In fact, they only charge a phone from 20% up to about 65%!!!! My biggest complaint isn't even that these are a crappy product, it's that Qualtry does not at all care about customer service. I've sent numerous emails through their website and keep getting an automated email back that they will be in touch in the next 2-3 days, and then I hear nothing further. There is no phone number to call. After you send an email, you get an email asking you to use a customer service link to give more details, and then again there is absolutely no follow up. I just looked further into their return policy and it states that anything bought with a coupon isn't even eligible for a refund, so I guess all the money I spent for the two groupons, plus shipping and handling was completely wasted. My review is not a positive one and would rather have given no stars. This is the 4th order I have placed with them in as many years. The last time was 2 years ago. Their business model has absolutely changed!!! After waiting a month for a house warming gift to be delivered, I inquired as to the status, as it showed partially shipped for a few weeks. They said it had just gone to be designed....so what was shipped? Nothing- that a did not happen. One of the worst companies to deal with ever. Ordered 2 luggage tags from groupon. Redemption requires going to their confusing site. Only one tag was sent and it was missing initial. Customer service email is just auto-reply which is no help. Company phone contact number will not ring. Credit card statement has another phone number which when called plays message that customer must provide "ticket number" for assistance but ticket number is nowhere on order or groupon page. Web page asks for email and zip code but when entered says order cannot be found. How is that possible when order was placed and a tag was sent??? Company also charges separately for shipping. Did I mention shipping was $7.19 and noticed when tag was delivered postage was 71 cents. Don't bother ordering from this company and getting frustrated and angry. Avoid at all costs!!!!! read more

Well I had to use my Groupon voucher before it expired. I chose to shop with Qualtry they seem to have had a nice wine tray selection. The crazy part of using Groupon vouchers is when you have to go from here to there to here again just to complete your order. Make sure you are tech savvy because it can become complicated. I place my order thinking this company would pay attention to the notes I placed in the box they designated for this purpose. Here I am thinking I'm getting both trays when only one arrived. I contacted customer support. low and behold the woman stated that I only ordered 1 tray and in order to receive the second one I would have to pay a separate shipping fee. So the note box was just for show because whoever filled my order payed no attention to my notes. At least the representative was nice enough to state I had another tray order she could have said oh well you already used your voucher hence the reason for 2 stars. This in my opinion wants their checkout feature to be complicated so you have to come back to ge the rest of your order then an additional shipping fee. What is the purpose of writing a note with specific instructions when the employees don't bother to read them. In my case "Jake" dropped the ball. I ordered an embroidered dog collar. They say it would ship in 5-7 business days but mine took 6 WEEKS. The ring on the collar where you attach the leash is on the INSIDE. When you put the collar on the dog, the ring lays against the dogs neck and the buckle attaches on top of that. VERY UNSAFE for the animal. The only place for this dog collar is in the trash. This is a company that you should drop immediately and run away from. I ordered two dog collars and both were screwed up, the latching mechanism was put in the wrong place so they were unusable. So when I tried to contact them I found it impossible to talk to anyone about the problem. When you call customer service the answering system puts you into a meaningless recording and there is no way to get anyone in person. It took weeks to get the items to the point that I thought they would never come. The price was outrageous and shipping they changed me from Utah to Arizona was 3 times what it cost. A total RIP off. I emailed the company and they sent me a message back that said that was the only order for me they had- just a metal easel. I've been buying from Qualtry for 5 years and never had a problem until this year. I ordered gifts back in early November and early December and it took an act of congress to get some of them. I am still awaiting orders. Customer service does not pick up, they ignore emails and they make promises that they do not intend to keep. It has literally been a nightmare to say the least! Items arrived damaged/distorted and not in any condition to be gifted. They're late and have caused headaches for 3 of my very important Christmas events. I am beyond frustrated and disgusted. It's hard for me to have to leave a bad comment; 1-Badly packed, most of its products are robust and a simple plastic bag with bubbles does not protect them, less when they are multiple items. 2-Place my order outside the season of festivities and still take more than a month to arrive, if someone wants to make a gift counting on arriving on time has to forget about that, or put the order 2 months before. 3-It is reasonable that there may be a difference of millimeters in the size of an item received and the description of the item on the website, but an inch is unreasonable. Update: I called Qualtry a couple days after posting this review and after 20 minutes on hold, got through to someone. He was very nice. It turns out they are a VERY small operation. He said the customizing folks were working around the clock--only the customer service is 9-5. That's good to know--they should cite this on their website. And should still be extending their hours during a rush like this. They also said the reason for the epic delay with the hats was a sourcing issue--they literally didn't have the hats in stock. But they should have emailed me this update when they became aware of it. It seems the people behind this company have the right intention, but poor communication with their customers. And yes, the shipping rates are very high. The hats arrived 3-4 days after I spoke to them. They look really nice. One was the wrong color--a misrepresented shade: red instead of wine--which didn't look great with the thread color I chose. Not a huge deal but I wouldn't have chosen those colors at all. Also, while the hats are nice, they are TIGHT. I have a larger-size head, but I think anyone would find them a bit tight. Hopefully they will stretch in time. I feel for the folks running this company. The two people I've spoken to seem so nice. I just think they need to make tweaks to their communication and process for customers to have a chance at being happy. And I still think watching Shark Tank would help.
