Absolutely terrible service and zero accountability. Avoid this place…read more They did an oil change and failed to properly reinstall the skid plate, which started dragging on the freeway less than 10 minutes after I left. This was clearly caused by their negligence and I had a kid in my car who was very scared. When I returned, instead of fixing their mistake, they claimed they had no availability and said they could repair it next week leaving me without any vehicle for the whole weekend. Breaking something during service and then asking the customer to wait for the whole weekend to fix it is beyond ridiculous. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible.

I used to go this shop when I lived in Fremont. Since then, I've moved and have been taking my…read morecars to a shop to one that's closer to me. I was browsing for oil change coupons and specials for my spare vehicle and came across this place again and thought, "Why not?" The coupon was for $25 off a back to school special that included an oil change, safety inspections, and tire rotation. Mark at the front desk seemed to not be aware of the special when I brought it in, but he glanced at it and started plugging services into the computer. I left my car there thinking that the services listed on the coupon would be performed. Mark called me when my car was ready and let me know of things that needed my attention.. This included a transmission flush which I explained to him had already been performed by the other shop at my 120k service. Mind you, this is my spare car and it has only accumulated less than 2k miles since my 120k service last year. He proceeded to say that the other shop didn't do a good job on the flush! C'mon, really? Upon arriving at the shop to pick up my car, Mark was not present, but the other mechanic came to assist me. To my surprise, no tire rotation was done! And an engine oil flush was done which I had not asked for. And to top if all off, $25 off was not taken off. Since Mark wasnt there, I did not want to make a fuss, but I was upset that no "Back to school package" was done. What is the point of having these coupons and specials advertised on your website if the workers aren't aware of them? I guess Mark didn't look at the coupon after all! The mechanic was nice and offered to do the tire rotation for me right then, but I was short on time, and it would be a slight added charge. He gave me $10 off for my inconvenience which I appreciated. I give 3 stars since the service was quick, and the mechanic was nice, but I am disappointed with the lack of attention to the service coupon I brought in. Also, I did NOT ask for an engine oil flush.
