I called Greg on a Saturday morning at 10 o'clock. Greg told me to come in and he would take care of my window tinting without an appointment although he was very busy. I showed up an hour later for a full window tint on my Bentley Flying Spur. Greg was very accommodating and very professional. He is a consummate professional at what he does. I decided to take my car to Quality Window Tinting after doing some research on the internet to find a quality service provider for window tinting. I must say that Greg did an awesome job on my 2014 Nissan Max. My tint is bubble free (i.e., no waiting for a period of 3 - 5 days for the bubbles to evaporate, which is a common pitch from service providers) and the cut is exact as you cannot determine where the tint start or where it end. Greg was extremely professional taking the time to discuss my options and being very flexible on scheduling. Upon reading the reviews for Quality Window Tinting, I could not imagine a business consistently achieving a score of 5 for all its reviews. I now understand that consistency as I am writing a review based on the quality of the product and the service I received. I never write reviews unless I have received extremely poor service or a quality product. However, I had to acknowledge the great job Greg did on my Max in this particular case. Greg tinted the windows of our sun room about a month ago. He was very professional and went out of his way to provide large samples of the various tints. He even came to our house and secured the samples to different walls to give us a better idea about the tints. He did the work on the day he said he would, and it was done right the first time. Greg is a little hard to get a hold of and for that reason I give him a 1. I figured he was a one man operation but still had my tints done at his shop. When one began to come undone, Greg was nowhere to be found for the life time warranty he sold me on. I ended up going to All in One Automotive in Elgin for the repair only to find out that they do better work for much less. read more

While I was looking for someone to do tints on my Wrangler I found QWT up here. After having Greg do 30% on my side windows and 80% on my windshield I can safely say that QWT/Greg does the best window tinting around. The day he was going to do my front windows I showed up and the power was out. Greg apologized profusely for not calling me and offered to let me hang out for a little bit and see if the power came back on. I had no idea how dark I wanted to go but Greg took the time to help me figure out what would work best on my Jeep. While I waited Greg started cutting film for my windows and shortly after he started the power came back on. For the entirety of the project Greg treated my vehicle like it was his own.Today I had my windshield done and it looks great. I received the same 5 star service that I have come to expect from Quality Window Tinting. The dash was completely covered the whole time and he took the time on the install that made it look perfect. I cannot speak highly enough of this business.
