But the first thing I noticed walking in the door was the prices. They are clearly marked on every item, but they are definitely not 50% off the retail price! They are more around 30%-40% off instead. That's definitely a let down and a major miss advertisement. The staff we dealt with was a 10-12 year old boy who looked after if he got caught doing something he shouldn't have. Mind you this was also during school hours and he definitely should have been there, unless he was home schooled, but his actions were saying he should be in school. The kid was knowledgeable at least. Unfortunately they didn't have any glass top stoves. Later we found out their lowest starting price for stoves is $600. As a place with 50% off in their name and I didn't see anything there even close to that off. I would not wouldn't recommend them. But, if you are looking for a better price than regular retail then yeah give them a try. Just don't expect a 50% off discount on anything.

Within one month my old refrigerator gave up the ghost and I went back and was able to get a good deal on a refrigerator that was on display on the floor. Thank heavens for their Brand Source credit card that gives me 6 months to pay same as cash. Sales staff and delivery people have been very helpful and I will be going back for future purchases.

I said to my husband, does that mean it's the floor model? So he asked her and she said yes. I said I don't want a floor model. She said they had one in the warehouse but there was no one there today. Never bothered to inform us of this before she was asked. I said, no thanks, thank you for your time. She watched us walk out the door and said NOTHING. I called the next day to talk to a manager. She said the sales person was fairly new not that it was an excuse. My family purchased a fridge from here & while their delivery people were taking the fridge into our house they ripped the wiring for the lights on our freezer / freezer door. We have been without lights for a year now and they refuse to contact us back or make this right or they say they are "looking into it" and no communication happens past that. They refused to honor our 1 year warranty and keep pushing back communication (if there is any) so that it goes past the 1 year & they will no longer be held responsible. Joe, the owner is thee most disrespectful "business owner" if you want to call it that & refuses to take any sort of responsibility for his employees. Joe is also unprofessional when it comes to handling these sorts of situations & often resorts to calling you names.
