The service manager, Abe, was really personable, easy to talk to and put people to work on it immediately. I was in and out in no time. This positive experience had me to convinced to bring my car for my B1 service and a few other minor issues fixed. I also had a chance to talk to Michael, the technician. They were friendly, explained the tasks at hand and gave clear estimations. There is a small lounge and free wifi to get your work done while you wait. I was really impressed how quickly they got my car service done. I am definitely going to continue coming here for all my future Merc services.

They told me to do my due diligence and harassed me through text messages, which is very unprofessional! Would not recommend this location! Check out the other location and have Brian help you, very understanding and willing to help! I came here hoping things would be different and trusted them with my vehicle. After spending $1,200 on service, I received my car back only to discover two days later that the engine air intake hose had been broken. This was not an issue prior to bringing my car in, and I was never informed of any damage when the vehicle was returned to me. When I brought the issue to their attention, instead of taking responsibility, they blamed it on "wear and tear" and told me the car would be fine despite the obvious damage--a gaping hole in the hose. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and care. Customers should be able to trust that their vehicles will be handled properly and that any issues caused during service will be addressed honestly.

I feel good about the work they did and will be back next month for some body work. I was very cautious after having all my automotive maintenance done at Honda for all my Hondas until recently when I went somewhere and it was a bust. I decided to leave the truck. The shop reached out to me later in the day and discussed the issue I dropped it off for and informed me they found a couple other problems. They texted me a quote with each item separated so I could accept or decline what work I wanted completed. The front desk even suggested that I hold off on the lesser important issues until we were sure that the primary issue wasn't going to become a bigger issue. Once they successfully fixed the first issue. I then decided to have them correct the other to problems they found. This type of service is hard to find and greatly appreciated. All the service was A+ service, and the work is guaranteed for 12 months. Some may say the price was a little high, but the service you get and the warranty was worth it. I requested service on a coolant leak and once the fixed that, we moved on to the other problems. Highly recommend

Disappointed & Cautioning Others - Think Twice Before Choosing Crash Champions…read more I was referred to Crash Champions by State Farm in August 2024 to repair my bumper and address issues stemming from an accident. While the bodywork looked great initially, that's unfortunately where the good experience ended. They replaced my A/C compressor with a refurbished one, and immediately the A/C began acting up. I brought the car back twice, and after much back and forth and them denying originally hearing the odd noises my car was making, they agreed to order a new compressor. I didn't want to be a hassle, so I patiently waited five months for the new one to come in. But once it was finally installed, the A/C was ten times worse than before. Crash Champions told me they didn't know what was wrong and suggested I take it to the dealer. The dealer diagnosed the issue in minutes -- the compressor had no Freon at all. Either it was never charged properly, or they failed to notice it had none. This cost me $468 out of pocket for something that absolutely should have been caught and resolved by Crash Champions in the first place. I've since provided them with the dealer's bill and am currently waiting to see how they plan to handle this. But that's not all -- I also noticed, upon originally picking up my car, that my driver's door now makes a loud creaking noise that wasn't there before I handed them my car in August. They, of course, denied any responsibility, but I know my car, and it was never like that prior. While the front desk staff is very polite, the reality is this: Crash Champions is a body shop -- and not a very thorough one beyond that. They're not equipped to handle issues that go beyond body repairs, despite being the place State Farm referred me to for a comprehensive repair. If you're considering Crash Champions, be warned: your car may not be cared for with the attention and skill you'd expect. What should have been a straightforward insurance repair turned into a months-long hassle, and I'm still cleaning up the mess.

I recently was in a car accident and my insurance company (Progressive) recommended Diamond…read moreAutomotive for repairs as it's one of their preferred vendors and a lot of different Progressive customers have said good things about the body shop in the past when they had their service done there. My Progressive claims adjuster submitted the claim details late in the afternoon on a Friday to start the repair process the following week, and within 10 minutes I had a call from the offices at Diamond Automotive to try to schedule my appointment to drop off my car. The lady I spoke with was so nice and professional and wanted to help me any way that she could to make me feel at ease during the process. When I arrived at Diamond Automotive, they checked me in and set me up with my representative, Manny who was an absolute delight, shook my hand and made me feel welcome and walked through the damage to my car and next steps along with an estimated time frame. While I was meeting with Manny, the front desk had already been speaking with Enterprise and had someone en route to come pick me up to take me to the rental car lot while I was checking my car in for repairs. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Manny called me back the same day to update me on how my car looked, an estimate of the cost of the damages billed to Progressive and next steps and estimated time line. Diamond Automotive was already ordering parts and getting the wheel in motion to get my car back to me as quick as possible (the hold up was with Progressive being cheap and not wanting to pay all of the cost of damages done to my car by another Progressive driver - but that's nothing against the body shop there). Diamond Automotive went above and beyond to help me and kept me informed every step of the way and got me my car back as soon as possible and the repair work was truly superb. I was in the car and they were still detailing the car to make sure their work was flawless. I hope to never have body work done again, but if I do it will definitely be with Diamond Automotive.

I am so grateful to the team at Diamond Automotive for all they've done for me (and my car)! From the moment I came to their doors, frustrated over the first 3 estimates I'd gotten for my rear end collision, and dreading how much I'd have to pay out of pocket because the person who hit me was uninsured and I wanted to avoid my insurance, Andre's Cortes gave me some hope as I noticed he knew what he was talking about and wanted to help me find financially sound but quality parts. They were knowledgeable, professional and had a true sense of customer service. It made me want to fix additional parts I'd been meaning to have painted, like the front bumper and hood. The end result was so much better than I could have hope for. My car is iolllld , but I treat it like a teenager and they did the same... they treated my old car as they would treat their Range Rover clients. I'm so impressed with their prompt and excellent service. I never felt rushed by them to sign up with them and , when I did, I never felt like they forgot about me. They even helped me coordinate my rental car pick up, kept me informed of my car's status and were much quicker than anticipated. My car looks brand new at a very good price! They asked, Nelson, if their car could have caused the dent on the rear of our car, he said no. Huh? The women admitted to hitting our car. Nelson, was not present when the accident happened, nor should he give his useless opinion on what caused the damage to our car. Do yourself a favor take your car to Classic Collision Tamarac - they are rock stars. We called the woman's insurance company they directed us to Classic Collision. Classic Collision handled everything, even arranged for the rental car. Long story short, we tried to be nice and let the woman pay to fix the car directly. We took the time to get three bids and help the woman out, in the end we should've gone directly to her insurance company. Auto Collision Teck lost out on a repair - you can thank, Nelson. The older woman's insurance will most likely go up and we wasted a lot of time trying to be nice. All over, Nelson and a stupid old man (husband).
