The worst part about our experience with Accurate is that they did not listen to what we were asking them to repair. We understand that mechanics have to get their own diagnostics but we took it to the dealership AND another reputable service center and both places gave us the same reading (many repair shops including dealer won't work on transmissions). Accurate decided to do what they wanted, most likely to save $$ on their end. Then William, who takes the calls, got an attitude with me after Accurate had our car for 2 months, when I asked when we could expect our car back. I will say, Accurate ended up paying for our rental car which was a huge help after paying $3k to get our transmission fixed. I will keep you posted on our cars progress as we've had it for about 3 weeks now and all is well.

I didn't know they normally require appointments so I just went in yesterday afternoon and explained the situation to the woman at the front desk. The owner was in the back and heard what I said and told her I needed to be moved to the front of the line. If I truly had a leak it was extremely flammable so he wanted them to immediately check it instead of sending me away to come back later because there was a chance my car could catch on fire and he didn't want to risk that happening. A mechanic immediately came and checked my car. After their inspection they said I had a few oil leaks, it wasn't my transmission and I could drive it without risk of it catching on fire. They referred me to the mechanic next door since they don't fix oil leaks there. While I didn't end up getting anything done, I really appreciated their sense of urgency and concern. The inspection they did was free which was nice. If I have any transmission issues in the future (which fingers crossed I don't) I would absolutely come back here.

That couldn't be further from the truth. They called me around 2 AM saying the job was complete and asked me to send the remaining balance. Just minutes later, my driver reported that the truck was shaking extremely bad. When I called them back, they told my driver to meet them about 10 miles away--only to then say there was nothing they could do. Since then, I have been calling them all morning with no answer. On top of that, my toolbox was stolen off my truck while it was in their possession. This entire experience has been unprofessional, dishonest, and unacceptable. I paid $4,000 for work that was clearly not done correctly, and now I'm left dealing with additional damage and missing property.
