I knew before I did the long drive I had to get a thorough inspection of my vehicle and just got all of my tires replaced... for the past month I've noticed my tire pressure monitor always on, and luckily I am equipped with an automatic tire pressure gauge and compressor. I've noticed that my rear passenger tire is the one that's been giving me fits... I've decided to drop my car off to this place since it's conveniently 2 mins away from where I live and it has really positive reviews. I dropped off my car immediately when they opened so there was not much traffic going on. I was advised by the mechanic to check in the front desk and I waited for about 10 mins.. I was greeted and helped by Mike who firstly apologized for the wait.. there were three workers there working and were on the phone and honestly I told Mike no need to apologize since the wait wasn't that long. My first impression from this initial greeting is that the customer service at this place is already top notch. I gave Mike my vehicle information and he set up an account for me since this was my first visit. Once I was advised to wait in the waiting area, I waited for as long as 15 mins until I was told that my vehicle was ready. There was a nail stuck at the tire that has been giving me problems and they told me they took care of it and didn't even charge me for that. I value that in an auto body shop. Especially when you bring your vehicle in, and if you are not versed with car mechanical jargon, you are basically at the mercy of the professionals. This shows me that this business is honest, reliable and most importantly friendly. I will now bring my vehicle at this business for everything moving forward and I want to commend the team at T&T for displaying excellent customer service. He helpful informative and works so hard to to give the customer the best options. I was little disappointed. I mentioned that I my passenger headlight was out. It was not replaced and I noticed the light was still out on Monday morning. If mist have gotten lost in the shuffle when the close out of my bill was passed to Eric. TNT is a fine honest place to get your car fixed. Very knowledgeable friendly caring staff. Eric, Mike Sabrina and Michael are just awesome.
