I had a problem with my water heater, and I called Quality Service Inc. Heating & Cooling to get a quote for a new system. They were very responsive and professional. They insisted I have the system inspected first. Therefore, they sent a technician (Michael) to my house the same day and he quickly discovered the issue, ordered a replacement part, and had it promptly shipped to my home in 2 days. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and most of all honest. He saved me thousands of dollars, as I was trying to purchase a new system. The price to repair was extremely reasonable. In fact, the part alone was under warranty, and it didn't cost me anything. I highly recommend Quality Service Inc. Heating & Cooling for any heating, cooling, or appliance repair needs. Michael, the owner of Quality Service, went above and beyond in fixing a gas leak at my mother's house. He squeezed her in after his work day, and got her heat, cooking gas and hot water up and running so she wouldn't freeze that night. Sorry to say but what I thought was a good service was nothing more than another bad contractor for Lowes Warranty services. 1st appointment on Monday between 12 and 4, of course we had to call them several times. A very nice man showed up at 7:30pm. Came back on Wednesday with a part, 3 hours late again, replaced the mother board, and told my wife it was fixed. We went to run the dishwasher before bed and the same old problem, lights on but washer doesn't run. After getting a total run around now the second repair service, 1st one was Grace (see my review about grace appliance and repair), we have finally had enough and given up on what is a total scam. Lowes warranty service hires contractors that are not qualified to fix anything. The entire game is to get the customer who paid too much for the warranty in the first place, to give up. We have given up. We actually thought this was a "quality service", unfortunately, it was not our experience. I recommend staying away from this company. read more

This is the BEST service around !!!! They can fix any appliance or heating and air conditioning. They will accommodate you when you call for service. Even when it is emergent they will get there . Although I repaired my Kenmore side-by-side refrigerator myself, I was impressed with the excellent response from this appliance repair and maintenance company! The responder, Selena, was gracious, courteous, helpful, and above all an excellent listener. I would highly recommend this service to anyone, especially if Selena is on the phone! I have purchased an extended warranty for my LG refrigerator and the warranty company sent Quality Service to repair my fridge. They weren't sure what was causing the issue and wanted to do more research to see if there was a known problem with this model and would get back to me in a two days. Well it has been two WEEKS and no call. I called them and was told that their technicians do not repair LG very often and would transfer my repair request to another company. I called my warranty company and they knew nothing of the transfer. Will never call this company for any repair. If you say your going to do something (call you) you do it. read more

Living in the southern suburbs I am used to people treating me like I should be grateful for their service instead of them being grateful for my business. I really appreciated them reaching out to me. While the problem had already been resolved, I would recommend them to a friend based on past experiences. If I could I would subtract stars. This company is one of the worst companies i have ever deal with. They came out twice to my home to fix my LG appliance. The last time they told me they have to order a part that LG was sending. When i called back 2 months the ticket was closed and the part was never ordered. They told me that LG was supposed to send me the part. So let me get this straight LG is supposed to send me a part when I never spoke to LG, never deal with LG. So they are supposed to send me the door then what? i wait and look at the door? The company closed the ticket so they can get paid. All they cared about is the money to get paid for he call. There final response we will refer you back over to HomeDepot to have them send out a qualified LG technician. So then i wasted all that time with an unqualified, unprofessional company. I had a dryer in my basement that had stopped working for at least 4 months. I called a few companies and most wanted to know what was wrong with it ( I could only guess) and suggested a new dryer. I received a referral from a friend for Quality Service, Inc, we agreed on a time and date and the dryer was fixed and works like new! Mike was very efficient, the pricing was good and he explained the problem after it was fixed. I am a happy customer! I recommend this company and the work was done quickly! read more

Horrible! Horrible! I have a home warranty which covers repairs to my home appliances. The home warranty company told me to contact Quality Service Appliance Company. The lady that answered the phone seemed irritated by my call and put me on hold twice before scheduling an appointment. Quality cancelled and rescheduled the first appointment to come look at the a/c. When the technician arrived I paid him the seventy five dollar deposit and he said the motor needed to be replaced. After multiple calls and no response, I contacted the warranty company and they tried to get a response as to why the repairs had not been done. It took three months to get my a/c fixed. Since this is the only company that is used by my home warranty provider for this area, I am going to change warranty companies. I never want to deal with this company again.. read more

Worst experience ever! Six weeks after they came (at 6:30 pm when my appointment was noon to 4), my stove is still not repaired. After appointments were scheduled, rescheduled, and no calls no shows, I finally said it's time to call someone else. My last appointment was scheduled last Tuesday. I waited all day, and they did not even have the courtesy to call to tell me they were not going to show up. On Friday, during business hours, I asked for a call back, (didn't Happen)and over the weekend I texted my dissatisfaction with their service. Finally on Monday, they called back and apologized for not calling back and made excuses. I said I have been without an oven for 6 weeks, if I were to still let them repair it, how soon could they come? Not today, not tomorrow. Not Wednesday. She tried to put me off again, and worse than that, put some blame on me, the customer. First time I used the F word in a long time but this company is not worth dealing with. This company is an absolute nightmare. The unprofessionalism is mind boggling, it's hard to believe they deal with "customer service"!!!! They were dispatched to us via our extended warranty and after 4 weeks our appliance has yet to be fixed. After the original inspection we were told 2 parts needed to be replaced and after waiting 2 weeks the technician installed ONLY ONE PART which didn't work! When we called back the next day to report the issue AGAIN they told us we need to wait for a THIRD part. Not sure how ordering a third part before installing the second which was supposed to be installed in the first place makes sense. It now has been over 4 weeks and we were told by Asurion (our extended warranty) that the third part was already delivered to Quality Service yet we have not heard from them to schedule the repair. The management from Asurion has been calling them and no one picks up the phone. This company is a complete joke and you should avoid it at all cost! read more

Quality Service lives by its name - you get quality. Mike (Michael) was very professional and the best! He came out, diagnosed the issue with my non-functioning air conditioner, removed the part, and came back the very next day as promised after getting the part and had my unit back up and running; the air was cool like it's supposed to be (I almost froze after leaving it on all night and at the lowest temperature). I was impressed and grateful at how late Mike was willing to come back out (past 8:30 p.m.) so I wouldn't have to call off work to accommodate me and apparently other customers with service issues, mine being no air when the temperature was topping at least 90 degrees. I truly appreciate the service! More home warranty companies should follow this same type of quality service. Mike also took care of another issue for me, too, after he saw me struggling - he changed a blown lantern light in the back where my unit was which he didn't have to do.
