They took there time with us and showed us literally everything! They really went above and beyond and if I'm ever looking for another camper I'll definitely check with these guys! We drove almost 2 hours to this place and was not disappointed!!! Thanks guys!! You guys are totally awesome!!!

I never signed a contract or sales receipt. I told them I had to try and find reasonable shipping to San Diego. A week later Jim sends me a contract trying to get me to sign that the deposit is non-refundable and he asks me to complete the sale that week or he is keeping my deposit. I disputed the charge with Amex and I am still battling with this joker because he just keeps lying to Amex. He told Amex that all 3 of his locations have signs that say all sales are non-refundable so therefore, I knew about it. I have never been to one of his locations or even been to Portland. I called him from San Diego off a Craigslist ad for a trailer for sale. The ad doesn't say anything about non refundable. Bottom line... Heads up, this guy is a crook and will steal your money or bait and switch you. Look up this merchants reviews on Yelp ( I think there are 3 different listings) and on Google. You will see how many people he has screwed over. He has crooked business tactics. Beware buying anything thing fro this merchant. You will be disappointed.

In March 2023 I went with my son looking for his first car. Found a 2013 Ford Focus at Steve &…read moreSons, and he decided he wanted to purchase it. The salesman Thomas filled out the paperwork with him while I got the cashiers check... After signing, Thomas then told us something about the car being ready for pickup in 3 days (???) and that he would call when ready - we paid cash, why couldn't we just drive it off the lot right then? No clarification. Next day he called asking if we were picking up the car. Some misunderstanding about some paper we had to wait for, and not the car. At the end of March, my son went to go get his license plates at the DMV. He was told he needed the title, which Thomas never provided him at time of purchase. My boy had to drive all the way back to the car lot and wait 30 min for someone to help. He was then told he had to go to the other location for the paper. === I would NOT recommend purchasing anything from this company based on our experiences: - My son was obviously a first time buyer, yet Thomas did not tailor his explanations of the car-buying process to accommodate him so he/we understood everything we needed. - He didn't receive the proper documentation (title) at time of purchase so he could complete his car registration. - Thomas saw us walking away from the car & off the lot, didn't make any effort to call us back to clarify the situation, hand us the key, and let us drive it away. - My son went back to Steve & Sons & had to wait 30 min for someone to attend to him, only to be told all documentation was at the other location. I had hoped for an exciting and fulfilling first-time car buying experience for my son, but he was left feeling disappointed, and was frustrated he had to go back to claim his documentation that should have been given to him in the first place. Set your expectations low if you decide to shop here.

The staff listened to what I needed and was able to fix the problem within 45 minutes, installing a new electric jack for my trailer. The pricing was more than fair. My whole experience was stress-free and I experienced service beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend Curtis Trailers.

I purchased a 2012 F-150 XLT 5.0 from this dealership. Everyone I dealt with was always nice, and…read morethe buying experience itself was very easy. Unfortunately, the truck I was sold has turned out to be a complete mess. The truck was shipped to my location and arrived with a dead battery. The driver told me the dealership had to jump start the battery just to get it started. When it arrived, the interior smelled strongly of mold, and the passenger-side carpet was soaking wet. The third brake light and A/C drain were both leaking water into the cab. The radio was completely dead and had to be replaced. There was also a significant coolant leak when the truck arrived, and the low-coolant warning light was already on. After dealing with all of that, I have now put approximately 140 miles on the truck--and the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT is on. The code is P0420, indicating catalytic converter efficiency below the threshold. An OEM catalytic converter is approximately $990, that's just the part cost no installation. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you are considering purchasing a vehicle here. In my experience, you would be better off buying a vehicle somewhere else. I feel like I was sold a vehicle by Harry Wormwood.

On the first trip, the car filled with smoke from a motor fire. Second, they had used an electrical cord to provide power to the house. That was because the internal power did not work. Traveling, connected to a power supply only, is not appropriate for campers. Their solution was deceptive to say the least. So, when dealing with Bob's auto, be very cautious and get an independent evaluation. They are in it for a quick profit and don't seem to have any ethics, other than buyer beware.

I was never told the deposit was non-refundable, I never signed a purchase agreement stating that it was non-refundable, and the Craigslist advertisement did not state that deposits were non-refundable. I made it clear that I was calling from San Diego and needed time to arrange reasonably priced transportation for the trailer. About a week later, Jim sent me a contract asking me to sign paperwork stating that the deposit was non-refundable and pressured me to complete the purchase that week or lose my deposit. I disputed the $500 charge with American Express. During the dispute, the merchant told Amex that signs at all three of their locations state that sales are non-refundable and claimed that I therefore knew this policy. The problem is simple: I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO ANY OF THEIR LOCATIONS. I have never even been to Portland. I called them from San Diego after seeing their Craigslist advertisement. In my experience, their explanation to American Express completely misrepresents how this transaction occurred. Before doing business with this merchant, I strongly recommend reading the reviews on Yelp and Google and paying close attention to complaints regarding their business practices. Based on my experience, I would never do business with Steve, Jim, or this company again. If you are considering buying anything from them, make sure every representation, deposit term, refund policy, and condition of sale is IN WRITING before giving them a dollar. BUYER BEWARE.

As it turned out, there was rot and delamination in the roof. The seller offered to seal it, but nothing as to the repairs. The toilet sounded sloshy and they promised it was fine. I was too trusting again. I get it home and there is crap and water in it. Yes. They sold it like that. It was missing a stabilizer jack, which they said they'd replace. They ordered the wrong one and I had to go back again to return it and get it right. The lift system stopped working after 30 days and I hired someone to come fix it. That could be due to it being older, but he said it looked like it was not adjusted right from the beginning. All in all, this purchase taught me some painful and expensive lessons on dealing with small dealers and trusting them. Don't. Work with a major dealer and get a written warranty. I tried to resolve the issue offering to sell it back at a loss to me, giving him a chance to make a upset customer a little less so, and never got a reply from him. As a result, I sold it via private party, fully disclosing the issues. And, since then, I have steered several friends in the market away from this establishment.
