Sign advertises as quality service for repair and parts. We took a part in we needed to order to repair our step. We were asked to look up manufacture of our step and call Sandy back. We did and left a message. The call was never returned. When we called her back, she didn't really want to bother with it. She gave us the phone number to call of the manufacturer of our motorhome to order it ourselves. Ask us if we will take our RV in for repairs. It's not likely. We didn't call the manufacturer. I found the part on the internet in about 5 minutes and ordered it ourselves. read more

I am A new travel trailer owner. I stopped here to get my brakes checked and wheel bearings packed, quoted me one price and when I picked up my trailer the bill was twice what they quoted me. I brought my trailer in 3/2017 and was told that I needed to have some wiring work done which I agreed to and paid for. In June I started to get the same error I had originally brought my trailer in to be fixed for. I was told to bring it in and that the work was guaranteed. I took it in and in addition to them not being able to find the issue I was charged again because they stated it could be an issue due to use. I paid again and picked up my trailer and the error started again as soon as I used the trailer. I called again and was told to bring the trailer in and that they would stand behind their work. They just called to inform me that my trailer is ready to be picked up and that I now owe them $550. I was never quoted a charge for the repair or ok'd them to spend that much time on the repair. I was told that they were guaranteeing the work that they had already done. read more

We normally keep our Winnebago in California but needed it at our home in Battle Ground to have extra space for our family during the holidays. I had taken Our RV to a shop in California that my wife had used before. They were unable to schedule a time and told my wife that it would be very difficult to find parts for the needed repairs and quoted her $2000. IF they could find the needed parts. I decided to bring the whole mess north. I had used RV Pro in the past and when I called and gave them my list of repairs, they were able to get it in right away and the lady that was helping me seemed very knowledgeable and was a lot more positive about being able to help me than the shop down south. Well, they called a couple of days later and WOW. They explained that they had my mirror part in stock and fixed everything on my list for half of what the shop in California quoted me. Beware and read the "Not recommended" reviews at the bottom of this page by other consumers. Negative experience. We had bot a pre-owned trailer and brought it in for a paid check over. We mentioned we were having issues with a particular utility and they were going to check it out. Long story short they overlooked what was a very obvious fix for an experienced RV repair facility. We didn't discover the cause of the problem until weeks later and we were forced to bring it in to another facility which quickly pointed it out. When we called RV Pro to complain and tell them what we discovered, they gave us a very rude response and excuse. On another occasion, we had scheduled for work to be done which they said would take part of a day. Then, when we arrived on the date of the appointment, they then told us we had to leave the RV for several days. What they do is stack and rack RV repair jobs and fob off the people who don't complain. I'm a small business owner myself, and I wouldn't pull this kind of nonsense. Very poor communication between their staff and follow-up; we won't be back. read more

I had some work done on our rv, toppers, hyd lift, and a few minor things. They did good work on all of this. I also had a tow bar installed on our jeep. This we bought from them. the one I bought was defective so they mounted another. It was $100 less but got no compensation for the difference. Then we noticed a dent and mark on our jeep. I talked to them and she said they are not responsible to damage done while in their care. She said it was like having it at fred meyers and having someone hit it. NO it is not, We trusted you with our property for service and expected it back in the same condition. It was their for a day and half. If something in my care was damaged I would take responsibility for it return in the same condition I got in in. Shame on you for not even taking that responsibility. read more

They have set up my motorhomes and toads for "dinghy" towing, serviced and performed mechanical repairs to my Winnebago and Tiffin motorhomes, and performed extensive post collision bodywork on the Winnebago. A mailbox jumped out and scratched our brand new 5th wheel. Actually husband got a little too close. The scratch was deep and about seven feet long covering one basement door and the propane door. We got a estimate from two companies. We went with RV Pro because they were cheaper and hoped we had made the right choice. We definitely did! You cannot see that there was ever a scratch! It is perfect. They were able to buff out the scratch on the propane door, saving us money. Great company, great work! read more

This is the second time I have worked with them. The first time was three years ago, and I had them put a new floor in my bedroom slide out. Will never use them again. Was quoted $160, was charged $630. Wish I had just followed the advice of all the negative reviews they have and gone elsewhere. But I wanted to try them out with something small before committing to the renovations I am going to the my trailer so I brought it in to have the furnace checked. Was quoted $160 to have all appliances checked out and to check for any propane leaks. Was told that since they were so slow they would start work right away. After 2 days i called them for an update and was told I had an "illegal" propane regulator and that they had already replaced it. This was done without my authorization. I have no problem with replacing an old regulator but no question I should have been given a choice as to which model to replace it with. Then I was told there was a propane leak somewhere and they were checking that. Next day when I called for an update was told that they had replaced several fittings and that my oven was unsafe to use (have used it several times without problems, no propane leak or smoke detector alarms...) and that they had to disconnect and cap the oven part of the range. When I went to pick up the trailer was hit with $630 bill. This included the appliance service ($160) and the work for finding the leak, replacing the regulator and capping the oven line. At $104/hr tech labor rate that means it took 3-4 hours to do this simple work. Now understand that this is a vintage trailer where you have a few feet of propane lines all easily accessible. When I asked to have the technician show me the work that had been done and where the stove disconnect had been done, was told that the technician was not in that day because they had so little work the techs did not come in until needed. They suggested I call with questions, tried a couple of times but the the tech was either busy or not in. When I got home tried out the furnace, and about 20 seconds after it fired up the smoke alarm went off, which tells me that if the technician "tested" the furnace (which lets not forget is why I brought the trailer in for service) he did not run that furnace for more than a few seconds... They had very little work at the time and was told it should not take very long. Took 4 days until it was done, so can't imagine if they are busy how long it would take to get your rig fixed... Needless to say I will never use them again and I recommend you avoid them. Only consolation for me is that they won't be getting another cent from me on the trailer renovation project. went in for an insurance claim and gave them a list of things I wanted a quote on to have fixed, they said no problem. They kept my rv for a while than called me to tell me the quote was done. When I went in they gave me the quote for the insurance claim and than gave me a bill for over $900 I asked what that was all about and they said oh we fixed the things on your list. I was angry that they didn't give me a quote as requested but figured I had to pay. when I went out to the rv some of the stuff they said they fixed was messed up when asked they brushed me off. Went in this June to order a stabilyzer. Young lady looked it up, said it would take 3-5 days, but I had to pay upfront. did so, $110 cash. first mistake. Older lady in back office was abrupt, seemed stressed. " do you want it or not?" Part came in, wrong one. re-ordered, came in late 2 days, too small. Older lady assured me they could get the right one in by Saturday. Pointed out they were closed on saturday. She said they would have someone in. I reluctantly agreed to wait until Monday. It didn't come in, it was in Salt Lake city. Asked for refund, was told they could not refund until the next day, even after being advised previously I was going on the road Tuesday. I wa also told the refund would have to be by check, and that the lady who wrote the checks was not in. At this point I had been delayed for over 2 weeks. When I became adamant (still polite) about a refund, lady in back (Sandy, I believe) acted put out, told the young lady words to the affect, "just get rid of him." She was eating her lunch at her desk at the time. Another individual, middle-aged male, stepped into the conversation, and tried to persuade me to wait longer. He played on my anxiety/fear I would be in a bind. "What are you going to do?" I told him I'd figure it out, but that I would now like a refund. He took my receipt and marched out of the parts office, saying nothing else. When I started to follow, he ordered, "Wait here." No explanation, hint, nothing. He went to another building, returned 10 minutes later with a check. These people were incompetent, rude, and hostile. After dealing with the public for over 38 years in law enforcement, this business is one of the worst I've had the misfortune to deal with read more

Like Wondering J said. Sign says quality service on repair and parts. What it doesn't say is horrible customer service. Talked to Sandy about getting our 5th wheel fixed. We're fulltime travelers; so our RV is our home. Per our arrangement, we brought it in early so they had the day to look at, diagnose, and file a claim with our service contract. We were going to pick it up at the end of the day; possibly the next, to save on hotel costs while parts were being ordered. She was really nice over the phone, and in person when we dropped our home off.. We had to cancel an appt on a Wed and she promptly moved us to Fri with the assurance that there would be a tech available all day to work on our RV. About an hour before closing, after not hearing from them all day, we called for an update. We were told they hadn't even gotten around to it yet. Despite being told they had a tech reserved all day for our rig; we were now being told the job before ours ran long and they wouldn't be looking at ours until Monday now. Yet there was no call to us giving us this information. I told her I was disappointed that we didn't receive a call about it, and I wanted to pick up my house to save on hotel fees while our RV just sat in a parking lot over weekend, and she proceeded to yell and scream at me over the phone because of that. Not cool. Won't ever be going back, and I hope others won't either. No one deserves to be screamed at. read more

I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you don't want your trailer back in a timely fashion. We took our trailer there to have a simple repair done and it took 8 weeks to get our trailer back. We had to cancel 2 camping trips because they did not get it done when they said they would. They have horrible customer service and felt we were lied to. We had to always contact them to find out what was going on with our trailer. The lack of communication is horrible. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I hope this helps someone, so they don't have to go through what we did, I wish I had researched before I took my trailer here. read more

I brought my 5th wheel trailer into RV Pro to have them upgrade my suspension to a Morryde SRE4000 equalizer. After beating the crap out of my trailer on California freeways on two separate vacations, I got tired of repairing things that were regularly falling down or breaking loose. I did a lot of my own research and also discussed the upgrade with RV Pro prior to purchase. Short of going to a fully independent suspension, this seems to be the best choice. RV Pro had done a number of these installations and highly recommended them. I went ahead and had them do the installation and they did an excellent job. They were able to schedule me in quickly and the job was well done and on time. I have only taken the trailer out once since the installation, so time will tell if this was worth the expense. So far, there seems to be significant improvement. My previous experience was with the Camping World dealership where I purchased my 5th wheel. They were slow and difficult to deal with. Now that I am out of warranty, it was nice to find a quality repair shop and actually seems to value their customers. My only complaint is that their building and location is a little difficult to navigate which is the reason I did not give them 5 stars. read more

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about....I have had these guys do extensive, custom work on my Class A RV and they always seem to go above and beyond. They installed a custom bike lift for my Harley and fabricated a custom spare tire holder because the bike lift required the spot the tire was in. After all said and done...turned out sweet. They were on time and under budget. Anything serious needs done on my RV...these guys are doing it. read more

RV pro has been satisfactory -- up to now. We took it in for a battery check and a converter change and got charged $1300. Receipt noted they caulked outside and charged $300. However, it was obvious they had not done this and would not reconsider a refund of any kind. We had them then caulk it and they were done in about 30 minutes --- and had changed us $300 for this labor! We will find somewhere else the next time! read more

Began using RV pro as a recommendation from a friend. We were new to the RV world and initially had a good initial visit and repairs seemed okay although spendy. After that year, repairs took way too long, and many phone calls. We started to experience repairs that were done poorly and required rework on two instances. The final straw was the tires that I bought at a really great deal. Three years after I bought them the are worn out with less than 3,000 miles. I have come to find out these were not load bearing tires. Watch yourself with these guys. read more
