Amazing experience and customer service. Great quality products. The pre-rolls are my favorite. I enjoy the $2-3 pre-roll selections. Thank you. read more

Been really getting weird and bad service here. I stopped coming a while ago for this reason and just stopped back in for a pickup. Dude didn't say a word to me as he rang me up. Just weird, man. It happens here a lot read more

It was my first time in and they made me feel super welcome and comfortable. There was a large selection (at least to me) and the gentleman helping me browse explained everything very well and asked me my preferences so he could help me find exactly what I like. He answered all my questions and really made it an enjoyable experience!! Thanks guys read more

I love this place and the staff! Honestly the crew working here is one of the reasons I come back they're always so welcoming, and among the friendliest I've ever seen they're always ready to help you decide on the strain you want. hey even offer curbside pickup service so your order is ready when you arrive. Out of all the dispensaries in the area I've visited, this one is the best in my opinion overall for price, selection, and quality of the flowers. The flower is always fresh, the deals are great, and the selection never disappoints. What really sets this place apart is the knowledgeable and friendly staff. Whether it's adhering to budget or going for pure potency or something rare and niche. I would recommend my mom to shop here. Solid place. Nice friendly staff. No black women with attitudes and they especially the white staff goes the extra mile( I say that because during one of my last visits a white girl who checked me out checked into my account said I spent enough for another 8th at 5 bucks)(that's solid asf) that's why I recommend what I recommend it's not hate its blunt honesty. Knowledgeable individuals prior to the point of sale. Decently to darn effective product and distance wise it's convenient. read more

Clean place but don't waste your time if you prefer to smoke indica. Prices high limited selection..they believe in more hybrid products

Selection it pretty good. Great prices. Service is alright. They sometimes get pretty crowded, it's best to order ahead read more

I have been a customer for a few years now and I have never had an issue. Today I experienced one staff working the floor and that staff had very little knowledge of the strains. I asked a few questions and most answers were I'm not sure. When asked if someone else could help the answer was no. Please know that I will take my business somewhere else. Educate your staff because if they don't know it should be no problem getting help from someone that does. read more

Great staff, very helpful and wonderful deals! They are very nice and recommended what I needed.

I don't fully understand the concept behind branding or sales. Promotions are pushed so hard that are decent at best limited deals. Which means you have to shop on their time to ever get a deal or hope you come on a day that has a deal relating to your order. Also having employees walk around the store with ipads and setting it up like a museum does not feel like heightened customer service. It feels like an Apple Store. I do not want to be high in an apple store. It would be a lot more effective to have two parallel customer service desks where the employees behind the desk actually make recommendations instead of rush you to push their line. The small font menus at the front do not help. People want to know based on personal recommendations not just place orders based on lab test. -punchcards/ customer rewards -more intimate design -new graphics (wallpaper) -better lighting read more

I was surprised to see all of the one star reviews for this place. This is the second time I've been to Quality Roots (once last summer and again this past weekend). Staff have always been kind and helpful when I've been there. They even try to throw on extra discounts when they can which I appreciate. They have a nice selection of items to choose from. They also have a website so you can look up items before your visit, or you can place an order online and either pick it up in store, or you can pick up curbside. The only reason I docked a star is because if you are a newbie to these products, the staff does not do much to explain what the product is/how it is used, etc. other than that, I am a fan of Quality Roots and I will visit again the next time I'm in the Detroit area! read more

I was recently in your Waterford store and was shocked at the way I was treated by the staff. They seemed uneducated on what you sell. They don't seem like they've been orientated to your products at all. I knew more than the representative that was trying everything on the shelves. I knew exactly what I wanted asked for exactly what I wanted and it still took over 40 minutes because your employee wanted to try to upsell me even though I said to stop I will not be returning to this dispensary. read more

Awesome speaker for a really inexpensive price!!! Great deal. Definitely a great place to find awesome gifts read more

Quality Roots Cannabis Dispensary - Detroit - Speaker - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Hamtramck, Michigan

Very expensive commercial cannabis with inconsistent hours. As the others have said, you can get better quality for less at competitor locations just a couple blocks away. The reason this place stays in business is because they are very loose with ID requirements. The reason why they are loose with ID is so they can over charge consumers. read more

10/10 service, very helpful and speedy. Lots of workers to help you figure out what you need! Khary helped me out when I went in!

Great selection of flower with a wide variety to choose from. Everyone was super nice and helpful and was able to get in and out pretty quickly. Quality AND convenience read more

Yo...Apple Maps said 10 pm is closing...multiple people where waiting and mad...manager comes out!! And threaten to call the cops...ppl keep knocking on the door because the hours show they are open til 10...a simple misunderstand...wasting ppl time....by not communicating the right closing times...the fact the manager came out talking bout " I'M calling the cops...call the cops on a customer that's upset because you wasted multiple people's time??? read more

Quality Roots Cannabis Dispensary - Detroit - Exampling why...you have angry customers knocking on your door... - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Hamtramck, Michigan

The manager is always up selling products that are not equal to your original order. The flower is mediocre at best and over priced. I come to this dispensary because it is the only one near me. I have left feeling scammed on many occasions. read more

Terrible selection. People are just ok and clearly just need a job. Can't even see or smell majority of the weed. Bad experience.

I thought curbside pick up was supposed to be quicker??? I waited for 30+ mins outside before I called in just to wait another 10 mins, then the guy takes my id inside for another 10 mins bc his little machine didn't work. Fix ur shit read more

Been avery good customer I have spent thousands of dollars here and to be treated and talked to rudely about a parking spot which has no signs so a employee can leave and come back is completely unacceptable,I was literally next in line and basically Announced what car i drove and that I had to move it at that moment said it very rude as well. Not to mention when I called and told them to just cancel my other the guy told me to go fuck my self, how professional. Lost my business fasure read more

First time here on 02APR2022. Check what they sell you before leaving the store. Went in asking for sativa flower recommendations. Emphasized I did not want indica nor a hybrid. Once home, what did I in the bag? Pro Gro Rainbow Belts and DogHouse Thizzlez, both hybrids, that are definitely on the indica side. And the stuff looks and feels pretty dry!!! Lesson learned and re-learned: Buyer Beware. Check, check, check. There are other places in Monroe I will check out. But QR? Hey, Kyle - really? We won't be back read more

I love this place they've always been so kind and have the best prices ever! I always brag about this place for a reason.

I love the staff at the Hamtramck location and the convenience of being close to home, but Maddy has such horrible customer service, another location is worth the drive. I asked a question, she answered. I was talking to another employee and she darted out the door to snap at me as if I don't have an option to ask someone else. When I returned, she didn't ring me either. She went in the back until someone else helped me and another customer came..same thing she could've done when I was having the conversation with her colleague. I don't believe someone with such attitude represents Quality Roots' values. I'm a VERY regular customer. read more
