I figured I might have better luck at a vitamin Shoppe, hopefully filled with lots of varieties of vitamins and supplements. I even called ahead to make sure that they carried the supplements I was looking for. They do. Yay. They're open until 9 PM tonight. I found some magnesium powder to help calm myself before sleep. I'm impressed with the wide selection of BCAA (for Aminocore BCAA they have at least 7 different flavours - other places like Superstore only have one flavour), whey protein and especially the vegan whey protein. As for herbal supplements they carry better brands like AOR and Herbal Factors. I was really surprised to find that they even had Saffron (good for depression) today as well as St. John's Wort. Every time I come in, one of their staff is quick to come to ask if I need assistance. Definitely a place I would choose to shop at (and support) for my health needs.
