He also put the breaker panel back on after inspecting and bumped the heat pump breaker off and water heater breaker off accidentally and never flipped them back on. I came back to the house 1 week later with the temperature in the house at only 44 degrees! He also left the back door unlocked following the inspection. Keep all this in mind considering I hadnt been back to the house for 1 week since the inspection. I could have had frozen pipes or worse, someone come in and steal stuff!!! Horrible

I couldn't help but notice how knowledgeable, thorough , and detailed oriented he was while performing his inspection of my home. Mr. Peck met with his client (4 hrs after arriving at my home) and did a very detailed 2 hr walkthrough of all his findings and seemed extremely patient while doing so. It was a pleasure to see someone not rush through a job just to get a paycheck. In fact, I was so impressed I hired him for the inspection of the home I am buying. We have a dumbwaiter to help out with carrying groceries and laundry and garbage upstairs or…read moredownstairs. It sometimes stops between floors. Our usual company was busy so we tried Danny's Electric from Christiansburg. The first day 2 guys came and one didn't even know what it was. After a couple hours he said we needed a new switch which I ordered per his recommendation. I paid $210 plus $69 for overnight delivery The electric guys charged $261. Next day one of them came back and had another guy and they worked on the switch for several more hours and put on the new switch. They did something and the dumbwaiter went up. We all got excited and I went up to make sure and pushed the down button and it worked. They charged another $819 and left. Next day I tried to send something upstairs and when I pushed the button-nothing happened. It only works from the switch we have upstairs. The new one doesn't work at all. I texted the guy and he said he would get back to me but didn't. I texted again next day and he said he did research and was sure the motherboard had gone bad and I should contact someone who installs them. I texted the owner of the company and he never responded. I feel like we were robbed or at least way overcharged. I asked him for half of the money refunded which I don't think is asking too much. I would not recommend this company.

It's few and far between that you call someone for help, they listen and instead of trying to just take your money they help you!!! Danny knew what the problem was and didn't charge us a dime- he was patient and took the time to explain everything to me. We were able to get everything fixed, this is the second time we've called Danny's- the first time the guys came out made some repairs, they were quick, professional and was priced appropriately. This second time Danny was great to deal with, and even followed up to make sure everything was taken care of without a dime! Highly recommend Danny's- he will be out go to from here on out for all our electrical needs.
