We had a home inspection done on a new house we wanted to buy, there was a mention of a small amount of water under the crawl space and that was it. Their reccomendation was to fix the grading. I dont think she ever crawled in the crawlspace because if she had she would have known there was a bigger issue. JES comes out and quotes us $25,000 worth of work that SHOULD have been caught by the inspector. There was also evidence of a mice problem in every corner of the house that you could clearly see with your own two eyes they they never mentioned or saw. Do not use this company. Super service! The inspector, Mike, arrived a bit early to set up his drone and from that point forward, there was no stopping this inspector! What a machine! Mike was very focused on the job at hand, but was always willing to stop if a question came about. His report was detailed and so professional . Athena and Mike did a great job. This home was an older home with a newer addition. Slate roof ,boiler, heat pump, vinyl and brick. A real mixture of old and new. They did a great job explaining to young first time homebuyers all the moving parts of this home while trying to focus on the deficiencies always taking the age of the home into consideration I liked the fact that they also pointed out all the good features also. 5 stars!! read more
