Neil was my inspector and to be honest I thought it was going to be a very cut and dry inspection. It was far from it. The customer service this gentleman provided was EXCELLENT! On top of this he provided me with some "nerd" knowledge of how parts of the house should function as well as historical facts of how the house was wired. I absolutely enjoyed his tour through the potential purchase looking forward to each corner we came across. Each time something new was seen he would provide his expert knowledge of what it should be or he would get excited that the condition was so great. It was an absolute pleasure!
