Wasted money. They missed more than they found. BOTH sides of the kitchen sink leaked! How do you…read moremiss water running out of the pipe when you pull the drain plug?? The bottom of two cabinets were damaged and had to be replaced after the kitchen sink was completely replumbed. Outside faucet had a continuous drip. Bedroom ceiling fan didn't work. Bathtub leaked with visible damage from basement, water damage on wall at side of tub, tub tile with missing caulk and grout. Only one light in the basement worked and the chain on it was broken so it was almost impossible to turn on. If I'd known all, or even some of these issues, I could have had the homeowner take care of them before closing. Contacted the owner after I discovered the kitchen sink issues, even sent him pictures. He said he'd get with the inspector and get back to me. Never heard from him.

There was no notation of the corrosion in the sinks from acid water. Needed a water system to combat ($7000). One window was missing a spring, the air exhaust in the kitchen was archaic. Every time something was cooked on the stove all the smoke alarms would go off (needed vent above stove ($900.00). Wood under top decking was rotten and had to be replaced.The inspection was brief and amounted to a few pages. Selling my home the buyer's inspector was there for 4 hours and checked every window, every detail. He produced a small book on his evaluation. I think that there was a push from the realtor to get it passed easily.
