BEST PRINTER EVER. Kind of an unconventional review for me for a Sunday morning, but hey, this is one local business that deserves some props. I needed to get cartons and labels printed for my new beauty business. Now keep in mind, I've done product development the beauty industry for over 15 years, so I've seen it all - cartons, labels, marketing materials, everything. I know quality when I see it. And I have some idea of what things should cost. I called around to about three different printers in the local area for quotes. The other printers were giving me outrageous costs (upwards of $11.00 / box - CRAZY!!). QPS owner Charles got back to me right away. We discuss what I needed... Now being a new business, my order quantities are pretty low. But Charles kept it real. He wasn't trying to gauge me and he even helped me with different ways that I could save on costs without sacrificing quality. When I went down to the facility, he gave me a tour of the place, printed me a digital sample, and showed me all the different types of boxes I can get down the line. It took me a few tries (and visits) to get the samples right, and Charles stayed with all the way. He turned around my order within a week, and BOOM. I got ROCKSTAR boxes and labels (which you'll see from my fabulous photos). At the end of the day, costs were totally reasonable and I couldn't be happier. Charles is fantastic, and a former Chicagoan! I recently sent him a job to have printed - a 12 page instruction manual. My client recommended him, and she dealt with him directly on pricing and billing. Easy! I handled the technical aspects, and everything went smoothly. I'd sent the file to several other online digital printers and didn't even get an email acknowledgment, much less a quote. My designer and I had just finish up work on a project, and needed to get a fast quote and turnaround time. We contacted several printers, some strictly online, two Minuteman Press locations locally, and a few others. The online-only place gave me a decent price, but wouldn't deliver for 3-4 weeks. The level of service and the quality of work we got with Quality Print Solutions was outstanding. We had a highly specialized job in which we needed to print directly onto sheets of acrylic and have them laser-cut into individual panels for an art-installation. Charles not only found a way to provide us with those services but, he went the extra mile in providing excellent customer support throughout the process.
