I had a 4,000 square foot asphalt driveway that was crumbling I had potholes, and it was a mess when it rained and was an eye sore. Alberto and his team gave me three quotes. One for asphalt, one for concrete, and another for pavers. We discussed the pros and cons and we decided to go with pavers. Alberto provided plenty of samples to choose from and scheduled the job. They had to demo the entire asphalt, then go deep enough to add all of the base layers below the pavers. Alberto is excellent to work with. He's honest, genuine, and does what he says he will do and it's of extreme quality. Alberto and his team have proven themselves by showing up when they said they would show up, and completing the work timely. Alberto remained in constant communication with me on what to expect and when. Our project included some retaining walls and a few areas where we added river rock. These were installed with care and correctly to last a long time. No one on the team half assed anything which is just so appreciated. A lot of us have been burned in some way with other contractors we've used in the past, and typically it's someone who just half asses things. The work ethic of the entire crew was above par. First I wanna say I am beyond happy with the way my pool turned out. This company is wonderful to work with. I was treated like my project was the most important thing in the world. Our pool is very very old and had been drained due to equipment malfunction, We thought we were gonna fix up the pool ourselves, DIY this project. LOL We thought maybe we would paint it and redo the tile, by the time we got to looking at the crumbling coping, we came to the realization this was waaay beyond our expertise. I started looking for someone to fix this pool, first guy started throwing out numbers before even looking at what all needed to be done or what we even wanted. One of those guys that just felt wrong, you just knew he did not have your best interest in mind. So I kept looking, I was lucky enough to find David at Quality Pools, They were a referral from a local business that sells bricks and rocks. I called and left a message, The owners wife Ruth phoned me back and followed up with a text, letting me know David could come look at the project. David came out, had a look at what we needed, he listened, gave us some ideas, was not hard sell, was willing to work within our budget. I knew right away this was the company I wanted to hire. David went out of his way to find supplies that we could afford. His entire crew were extremely efficient, Those guys were like a well oiled machine they work so well together, everything was done to perfection. David gets in there and makes sure all is done perfectly. I attribute their work ethic to working for a good company they all seem quite happy, that says a lot for the employer. They were always here when they said they were going to be here, so many companies promise to be there and yet do not show up when they say they will. You will not find a better company than Quality Pools. They do all kinds of other things besides pool renovations, pavers, retaining walls, I will definitely rehire this company when I need those services. If you are considering doing your pool yourself, think about how much time it will take to do it yourself, not to mention the supplies are quite expensive and in the end you will not have a professional job if you do it yourself. There is way more to redoing a pool than I realized, this was just not a good project to DIY. Do yourself a favor call David at Quality Pools you will not be sorry. We loved working with Dave and his crew. They came to us as a recommendation from a friend and didn't disappoint. When we showed Dave what we wanted I liked that he provided suggestions of things we didn't think about. We were just redoing a a paver area with a path and rocks in our backyard. The whole time everyone was easy to work with. We made last minute changes with the rocks we wanted and they were flexible to move our project a week so we could get exactly what we wanted. When it came time for the project to start they were always on time, easy to work with, and overall just great people. There was an issue with an existing fence/gate and our turf that was already installed and they fixed both to make the project look amazing. The bonus was their quote was the least expensive.
