There is so much room for improvement with this business. I paid for the cheapest wash, which was…read morestill $40. My car was not that dirty on the inside but could use a good vacuum. To say that I was unimpressed is an understatement. I was downright disappointed in the quality of service. They spent all of TWO MINUTES cleaning the inside of my car. They left my floor mats soaked in whatever liquid they used. I had to use a rag to mop up the liquid off my floor mats before I drove off. Also, I had to grab rags and clean the rest of my car myself before I left. They could have spent maybe two more minutes to make sure the car was actually clean. I will never be back to this location. And I will also make sure my friends know to never go here. If I wanted a crappy job done, I wouldn't have paid $40 for a crappy job. DO BETTER.

They frequently offer online promotions, which makes it easy to get all of my cars detailed at once--or just one if that's all I need. Scheduling is simple through their website, and they follow up with a human confirmation (or you can easily call to book by phone). Communication is always clear and professional. Most recently, Thomas detailed my Mini after a long family road trip, and it looks brand new! I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you to the entire Sharp Detail team for consistently delivering top-notch service! :)

He was flexible while trying to figure out where to park my car to work around the movers I also had at the house. He put so much effort into my detail, the car looked brand new! And it had never been detailed before and had lugged around 2 toddlers and a dog for the past 4 years so you know he had his work cut out for him! Professional, kind, and just overall made the whole process of moving and getting ready to ship my car a little less stressful with a job well done. Highly recommend requesting him! Regarding Sharp in general, booking online was easy with a lot of availability! My only comment is that I didn't get any kind of confirmation at the time of booking which made me nervous, but I called and they quickly confirmed my appointment. Their standard is to confirm the appt two days before via text, which they did! Just something to be aware of!

Today however I went through full service, and got the premium package that included the Rain X and tire shine. Now, let me tell you exactly how dirty my tires still are. They half way dried my car, and just wiped briefly over my wheels. It actually looked worse after because they wiped parts of the wheel clean, and left the wheels heavily soiled still. I'll just go back to doing my own thing on the self serve side. The one guy was nice enough to go get my tokens for the free vacuum, after the other guy blew me off about it. So overall the service wasn't bad...just the wash itself.. Somehow after the wash I ended up with what looked like smeared bird poop on my window, and I went over all my windows prior to the wash. Because sometimes the drive through wont get it off, especially the back window. Not to mention there was no bird poop on my car initially...lol #WhoDoneIt

You can go thru the car wash while staying in your car and at the exit an attendant will dry you off. Another option is washing your own car in a stall which I've also done before. I was able to wash my Nissan Armada with all my normal cycles (i.e. rinse, soap, tire cleaner, soap brush, & rinse) with just $5. I'd say that's pretty good time settings in the stalls or I'm just really efficient which is also really true!!! If you opt for the car wash stalls, you'll have to pay to use the vacuums. If you go thru the car wash, free vacuuming is included! Remember to ask for the vacuum token if they don't give it to you. They also offer other cool options like towel service for one time $3 fee, a monthly fee for unlimited car washes, and VIP cards (i.e., a loyalty stamp card) which gives you a free car wash after your 10th wash. The 11th wash isn't just the cheapest wash on the option board either. It's the top tier wash!!!
