As usual, out of mayonnaise, woman went to grab that. The sheriff joked about, "Didn't you know you were making sandwiches today?" When she got to me I asked for mountain bread. And of course that was not stocked. She said someone would go get it. It's on the other side of the store. By this time with cops blocking Jet Roberts to even get to Publix due to accident and not having anything ready and stocked, I had to order a sub roll which I didn't want. When I got to work, I realized the sub was old and flaking. Horrible experience. If you have an hour lunch and don't mind standing forever with no acknowledgement, you might be okay. Otherwise, go somewhere else that values your time.

I paid for a medication I didn't need and had to pay again for the real antibiotics I actually needed. Came to them about maybe doing a better job communicating and was just completely careless. Now due to me mixing anti-depressants and alcohol (bc I had no idea anti depressants was what they gave me) now I just have to deal with the horrible mood swings and stress of all this. Very frustrating experience unfortunately. Never had this happen at any other place, usually other places communicates what prescription is being given to them. It's clear your health. And safety does not matter here.

When you walk in you can tell they put a lot into it and that is certainly something to be proud of. The store itself is old, I don't know if it's the building or the store itself as I'm not from the area, but they've added some style and modern flair to it. They also have just about anything you could check off your shopping list plus some. Expect to find beautiful cuts of meat, fresh vegetables, cakes and desserts, lots of prepared foods along with all the essential pantry staples. They also have a deli section with Boars Head products as well as a small bistro inside though we didn't get to try it. Here you will also find some goodies you won't typically see at your chain grocers such as crawfish, pig's feet, or frog legs. They offer a variety of local seasonings, spices and condiments like jams, jellies, sauces as well as varieties of nuts and such... things you might typically find at a road side farmer's stand. The prices, I felt, leaned on the higher side but again, they are competing with conglomerates of mega corporations so some of that is to be expected, I'm sure they do the best they can in that regard. This place is clean, the staff is friendly and plentiful and the isles are well marked define things although learning a new grocery store always takes time. There is a Starbucks here as well for those who like Starbucks and they have an advantage program and gasoline so I'm hoping to see if I can get the same deals on gasAs I did with Kroger. I think restock days are Thursday and even still if you're not sure they'll have what you need you can call in advance. Mom and pop are so sweet and willing to answer all questions. They also have premade foods that are made by members of the community.
