I phoned this morning. I was told that they had one trip ahead of me, gave me an estimated time, asked if that was ok. Fine. I told them my problem, got a quote, thought it was reasonable and agreed. Huy showed up, on time. I watched him work. Compared to Huy, the other locksmith who rekeyed my house 4 years ago looked like an amateur. Huy seemed competent, efficient, did the job right. Rafael was very pleasant, but was out of town and unable to help me. He apologized and then referred me to another person who he recommended and knew would help me. I called Quality Locksmith to rekey a new house I recently purchased. Huey took some basic info over the phone -- number and type of locks to change -- then was at my door in under 30 minutes. He took about 30 mins doing the work (10 taking locks apart, 10 actually rekeying them in his van, 10 putting them back together). He also lubed and tested all of the mechanisms while he had them apart. Total bill for 3-locks and keys same day in about an hour: $148. I'm a happy camper. read more

Our regular locksmith could not make keys for six door locks that needed to be made. I had already pulled the door knobs so was in quite a predicament. I called Raul at Quality Locksmith as a backup and he agreed to meet with me near Walmart in Antioch. He rekeyed all six door locks in about 20 minutes and at a very good price. Fearing a lock out with a failing door lock I called the top rated guy on yelp. Huy was so professional and so nice. Came over and replaced the lock and charge a very reasonable price. Also, he did great with my dogs which cannot be said for all service personnel. My older car needed all new locks on doors and trunk after an unsuccessful break-in in my driveway at home. Huey was able to replace both of the door locks and the trunk within 2 days of my request.
