Owner Set an appointment scheduled for the weekend. When I called to confirm our appointment owner said can't do it until the week but never called to inform me. We'll I'm not getting any help during the week either. This guy is kind of worthless. Last year they did my RV. Dead bolt lock keeps falling out when I shut the door. I was hoping to have them come out and make more money and fix their mistake from last year. David is the BEST! Late last night, my steering console locked up like crazy, and nothing I tried (for half an hour in the dark at the bart station) would work! Been living In my house a rental for about three years now. The landlord is cheap and when we first moved in never fixed the front door lock. We had a special way of getting in and it was annoying and took too much time to get through the front door. So, my boyfriend finally said call someone. Which I did. I Googled I'm a Sunday and David came up first. I texted him he didn't respond. And I texted a few other places. David hit me back the next day, today Monday. And said he was not working Sunday which was fine with me. He said he could come at 10:30 am. About 10 am he texted and said he was in traffic and needed to send his associate. He had left not knowing his associates key maker wasn't working properly so he's on his way back to make me one additional key and while I have him here I asked for a spare key to my car. My son and I locked ourselves out of our house and called David on a Saturday. Dave answered right away, let me know he was on his way to another service and would be about 90 mins. After about 1 hr 45 mins I called David and he stated he was running late and failed to contact me to advise and apologized. It took David a little over 2 hrs to assist which is still excellent time, especially for a weekend. David was able to unlock our doors within a minute or two and charge an extremely reasonable rate, a little too low in my opinion, but I'm not complaining. If I could give this company a negative 5, I would. Called needing a locksmith. Was told that the locksmith would check out and give a quote and if agreed on the quote, then they would continue and if you are not satisfied that we can send them away. Key was found and called the tech, who was very nice, to cancelled. Ten mins later his supervisor calls and tells me that the tech is 5 mins away and if we could give him $20 for gas. I was like "what?" The sup then said that we agreed to a cancellation fee... told him nothing was said about that. He then said that if we didn't give the tech $20 to call the police and I told him to go ahead and then I hung up. The supervisor called me back and said that everything is recorded and that he was going to call the police. Again I told him to go ahead and hung up. read more
