The worst part of the experience was that the junk guys tracked mud on the carpets through the entire path from the front door to an upstairs bedroom. They "compensated" me by discounting the price by $45 which was something, but didn't make up for the two hours of carpet cleaning I had to do after they left. Personally, this will be the last time I use Jolly Junk.
