At first I was a little worried because I didn't have that much time spend on moving, but the quote they provide honestly honestly was way cheaper than I expected. The movers arrived right on time on the day of the move and were very thoughtful, asking what was fragile what was not, etc. They asked what I would like to place in specific fragile bins and not to worry because they would tape it up and ensure that my valuables were secure. The movers moved everything out including furniture and shelves and I didn't have to move a thing! They employees themselves are all very nice a respectful and move with a sense of urgency so the whole house was empty within an hour more or less. All my things were in mint condition when moved into the new house too. If ur moving and are thinking about looking for help or a service to help u move this is the one for you! I saw no negatives in aquiring their service and could not have had a better experience! 10/10 would recommend.

Moving out of state was already scary and stressful, and making sure not only that i had everything but that it makes it across the trek safely was a big issue. Hesitant, i ended up looking for help and then i came across Kerb. They offered a competitive price but what moreso won me over was their service. Big or small move, near or far, they were patient in each step, kind, and most importantly helpful and trustworthy. I had a friend help me pack and wrap my stuff but then Kerb tod me they can help me with that too! They had al kinds if bins and boxes, all shapes, which totally helped me and kept everything secure. They wrapped and even helped label boxes, and they TREATED MY BELONGINGS WITH RESPECT. It was such a relief. ARRIVAL: i was anxious about my stuff arriving safely, but they gave me a time window and kept me updated. And of course everything came just like how i last saw it then the guys neatly and carefully unpacked. Nothing rocked around, fragile and odd shapes were protected with blankets and towels, and they cleaned up after themselves. Efficient is how i'd describe their work. Helpful and communicative, they took a lot of weight off my shoulders with my move. I'd definitely recommend them for a job of any size or distance. Worth every minute and im glad I found a business i can trust who made the move pleasantly simple.

Family Movers LLC is one of the most unprofessional, disrespectful crews I have ever had in my…read morehome, and I would warn anyone considering them to stay far away. This was not the trained, professional crew that was promised. It was a team made up primarily of teenagers with no real moving experience, and it showed in every part of how they handled our belongings. They were told repeatedly to wrap our furniture, including a 160-year-old antique piano, and they refused to do it unless I physically wrapped items myself. They had blankets sitting there, unused, the entire time. The piano handling was reckless to the point of being dangerous. They lifted it into the air and suspended it between two moving trucks, and dropped it multiple times in the process. This is a family heirloom, irreplaceable, and it was treated with less care than a piece of scrap furniture. And it did not stop there. At the end of the job, after everything was already loaded and my move was already at their mercy, they upcharged me on the spot and became disrespectful and confrontational, refusing to leave unless I handed over tips on top of what I had already paid. One of the crew members then asked me to pay him privately through his own phone, separate from the company's system. That money never went through the company at all. I have since asked repeatedly for an invoice to verify what I actually paid for and to whom, and I have been refused every time. I have called this company multiple times since the move asking them to acknowledge what happened and make it right. Every call has gone nowhere. No accountability, no invoice, no resolution, nothing but silence and excuses. This is a company that sends untrained, unprofessional crews into people's homes, damages irreplaceable belongings, strong-arms customers for extra cash at the point they have the least leverage to refuse, and then disappears the moment you ask them to account for any of it. Do not hire Family Movers
