Let me tell you how awesome Jakob was when giving me a quote on a sprinkler system install... First, he showed up 15-20 minutes early!! Huge plus. But he was also respectful in texting me before he arrived to make sure it was ok. My time is valuable so of course it was ok. We walked the property. He asked questions!! (What a concept!) He asked about my current landscaping so he could accurately place the location of the sprinkler heads. We went inside the house so he could check the plumbing to make sure my water pressure was adequate. My PSI is a little too high and he explained that that could end up breaking the heads or causing water to spurt out. So we're having that part replaced. He made sure that the water lines would go outside like they're suppose to. He also recommended calling MUD to look into replacing the water meter due to it being so old. I've never had a sprinkler system before and never had one installed so I had questions. He answered them and explained the different control boxes and features so I could make a good decision. He went to his truck to write up the quote and gave me a design showing where the heads would go. We went over both options. Both options were cheaper than Millard Sprinkler. (I suggest you go read my review for Millard Sprinkler). We even discussed the time frame for how long it takes to get on their schedule. As an added bonus, I had a brain cramp and left the gate open while we walked the backyard and then went inside. My dogs went outside thru their doggie door and out the open gate. 2 Shiba pups and an older Shiba. After I corralled the older one, Jakob even helped coax Gus into the backyard so I could go get the other 2. It may not seem like much, but it was a huge help. Shibas are stubborn and Gus isn't any different. Jakob holding the gate open and helping to talk Gus thru the gate pretty much ended the decision-making process!! They were almost $2,000 less than Millard Sprinkler anyway when comparing just the sprinkler install but it kept me from wanting to call other companies to get another quote! He took the time to thoroughly inspect every sprinkler head and rotor with great care. What stood out to me was his patience, deep knowledge, and humility. When I shared the issue I experienced with my sprinkler system last year, he honestly admitted that it was something he hadn't encountered before. I really appreciated his openness--it's a reminder that we're all constantly learning, and being honest about what we don't know is part of that growth. When my sprinkler man retired I began using Quality Irrigation. I have never been disappointed. While they are far more expensive than who I used in the past, the entire company does a great job. The men are polite, VERY experienced and super QUICK! I only use them for repairs as I can winterize and turn on my system myself. Today they replaced three heads in about 10 minutes! And they left my property clean and neat, which is an added bonus. The office is very good about scheduling and keeping me informed on the arrival status of the crew. They are always ON TIME and I see the same technicians year after year. THAT speaks volumes as most companies have a tremendous turnaround with their employees. read more

Been a customer since 2005. Good company but perhaps need to remember your loyal customers while growing your business. This year is the first time ever I have had issues in getting my spring startup scheduled. Your office somehow lost my cell phone number and was texting a phone number I don't have anymore. Thus I got my start up date rescheduled and didn't even know it. Last year was fine with new number. No flexibility in scheduling startup as there has been in past even though I always purchase the complete annual service agreement every year. Don't forget your loyal customers. read more

Quality Irrigation came out to our house for the first time. On time with great notification. Our valve control box was buried under two feet of broken concrete and rocks. The worked diligently to find it. They fixed everything, took the concrete with them, put everything in our flower garden back in place. I have been using this sprinkler company for several years after using individual independents to service the sprinklers and getting mixed results. The annual package offered for service wasn't attractive, prepaying upfront before service takes place, sometimes 4 to 5 months. I now realize the peace of mind and the prescheduled service dates are an advantage. The service techs are prompt, professional, and efficient. We have been using quality irrigation for years now and are really happy with their service. I find their winterization process especially convenient- if you have used them in the past they will automatically schedule the service to be done (you can cancel if you want). Some people may not like this but without their auto scheduling I might forget and it is a must have for winter. We have also used them for misc. Sprinkler repairs. They are friendly and knowledgable although a head they fixed the other day already isn't working so we have to call them back. Overall though, I do recommend quality irrigation. read more

Excellent. My sprinkler system was old and not working properly. They came and evaluated my system and explained everything very clearly, and got me an estimate which was quite fair.
