I get a message back that he basically is kicking me to the curb because he took on his friends 45 customers and cant take anymore at this time that is so wrong. Last time I checked that is bad for business getting rid of previous customers who wanted the service. I am thoroughly disgusted with him. No 5 stars for you but a 1. Have a good day sir. We were given a bid the same day we called and the crew was in and out in a flash. They communicated exactly when they would be working so I could keep my little dog out of the way. He took the time to thoroughly inspect every sprinkler head and rotor with great care. What stood out to me was his patience, deep knowledge, and humility. When I shared the issue I experienced with my sprinkler system last year, he honestly admitted that it was something he hadn't encountered before. I really appreciated his openness--it's a reminder that we're all constantly learning, and being honest about what we don't know is part of that growth. I was glad to hear he learned something new from my experience. Despite that, he's clearly a very experienced technician who made the entire process smooth and completed the work efficiently.
