Apply, Repair or Remove a Popcorn Acoustic Ceiling Texture…read moreMy overall experience with iPatchDrywall was EXCELLENT! They did an awesome job removing my popcorn ceiling in my living/dining area, hallway and foyer and replacing it with a knockdown texture that I absolutely love! They drywalled another area that was previously cut out to install a new air conditioning unit and also painted all but two rooms in my condo. The iPatchDrywall team does excellent work. They are professional and very pleasant. I plan to hire them fo future projects. I highly recommend them!

I wish they had a negative star! DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS! I…read morecontacted the owner Jesus Reyes and told him that I was looking to have my entire house taped, skimmed, and ready for paint. He sent out his technician and we discussed in full detail that the new drywall would be a level 4 but where the old met the new, we would have to float the wall. He left with full understanding of what his boss and I had previously discussed and told me they would send out a full crew and be done in 2-3 days. I received a quote and we made a scheduled date to start work. Only 2 men showed up to work and they told me that more would be there the following day. That never happened. The men at the house said that no one was showing up to work. I had questioned the workers quite a few times in relation to the taping and the floating of the walls. He continued to tell me it was a level 4 job. When the men said they were done (5days) and only 3 hours of sanding with a power sander, I walked the house with him showing him ALL the humps and bumps in the walls. At first he kept spewing the level 4 crap until I explained in detail what a level 4 entails. He promised to fix it the following day since it was too late to do anything that evening. I contacted Mr. Reyes immediately and asked him to come view the home. At first he was polite, but refused to come view the work done. He said that he could give me an estimate to do a level 5 if that would make me happy. I responded with a very lengthy email explaining to him that there was no way to just "do a level 5" when the taping jobs were so bad. I again asked him to come see the work or refund me my money. That is when his attitude changed and he told me that he trusted his guy, that all his men had quit so he only had the one guy to fix my house and it would cost me more money. I was shocked, but not surprised. I sent him photos and videos along with a letter from another contractor who saw the work showing and explaining the large bumps and damages done to the walls. I did not get a response after that message. Obviously there was no way to deny what had been done. I have asked for a full refund minus material costs since I had to hire another company to completely sand and fully texture my home which is NOT a what I wanted. I'm sure they are okay at patches since that is what most of the reviews are on, but DO NOT hire them for larger jobs! VERY POOR BUSINESS ETHICS.

I had a problem within a day or two with a scrape on the wall. I called and ask them to send some out to fix it. It wasn't a good experience after that. I finally got someone to come fix the scrape, but noticed after a week that the seams in the shower turned yellow. I paid over 10,000 for this and I'm nervous to call them to ask what to do because of the experience I had with one of the owners. I'm hoping someone else the same problem and can post what they did or how to correct it. The shower is beautiful except for that one problem.

The owner added THOUSANDS onto our initial estimate every time we spoke with him. He hired his cousin (who was not a painter) to finish the job, leaving us with sloppy work and unfinished areas like behind the toilets and around the shower tiles. Now while standing at the sink I can see the old dark gray paint behind the toilet tank. This could have easily been done with a paint brush. I have two young children so bringing paint in here now is nearly impossible. I've had to deal with a lot of imperfections because we agreed we did not want that company to come back here. Do not recommend.
