They were incredibly fast; their friendly, cheerful, and professional demeanor made a stressful situation a breeze. They were detail-oriented, ensuring a flawless finish. They went above and beyond by navigating around the building to avoid disturbing my dogs on the porch. They kept the mess to a minimum, which was a lifesaver since I had a cleaning person coming to help restore order. (The team offered to clean the floors--I asked them not to) My tub faucet was fixed and three holes from a towel rack patched--all in the course of patching the entire condo. I recently had my house repiped by Emerald Plumbing and as there partner to do the repairs to the drywall after the repipe Kenneth Mills arrived and did the most amazing repair job I have ever experienced on drywall. And during the repair I asked for a quote to repair a hole in the drywall from a previous repair that was a wood patch. They just did the repair as part of the job. They did an amazing job in just a couple hours and the quality so good you can't tell there were ever holes anywhere. Truly a great experience. Highly recommend this company. Wouldn't return calls or texts. When I finally got through he told me he had no time for my work and wouldn't recommend anyone to do it. This was a $3K job, so certainly a lot of money for a few days' work - it's nice to be busy and I wish him well, but his customer service skills need improvement. read more

I had 2 separate experiences with KMD. The first was through a phenomenal Plumbing company, Emerald Plumbing, to patch up the wall holes from their repupe and the second was a personal request to a pre-existing large drywall job. Matthew and his team were phenomenal in their professionalism and skills at patching up the drywall. I could not even tell it had been patched up. Alex came and did the large drywall job I had and the experience was the same. Both exhibited great skills, professionalism, job knowledge and great customer service. Prices were very reasonable too. I had a plumbing company do a recipe and KMD is who that plumber uses to patch and repair. The plumber has been quite difficult to deal with and that will be reflected in their review. Alex and Tyler were the guys that did the patches and repair work and went above and beyond what I was expecting. I wish these guys did more than just follow behind plumbers because I will be doing more remodeling in the near future. Again this is a great company with really good guys. Not a company you want to deal with. They were sent out by plumbers to patch some drywall holes. I asked them to look at another drywall job in the same home. Received an estimate from the workers on-site. I approved the estimate & scheduled repairs. The day of the work to be performed no one shows up or calls. I called them several times & left voicemails. I finally spoke with Kenny at 2 pm (they were suppose to start 8-9am). He states that his employee Jonathon acted on his own when he provided the estimate. Then dismissed the issue as if the entire incident was not anything to be concerned about. read more

The Kenneth Mills Drywall crew came out to clean up the walls of our new home after a replumb job. The two men that did the job were very professional, prompt and did a great job. We have mixed textures in different rooms and they were able to match with no noticeable spots. We definitely hire them again. read more

Kenny and his crew were brought in to restore all the holes left by the plumbers performing a whole house re-pipe. (see BENJAMIN FRANKLIN PLUMBING for another great rating) These guys do a fantastic job! The repairs to the textured walls are seamless. Even the ceiling where the plumbers helper had a mis-step causing a large hole was restored with the knock-down finish and is undetectable! We did experience a scheduling issue but the initial set up was handled by the "third party". After the first day of work though, our 1 on 1 contact / promises with Kenny were solid. Call em for your small repairs, as that sure appears to be their speciality! read more

They did an excellent job of patching our drywall after Emeralds plumbing re-plumbed our home. But when needing additional drywall work to sell our home he's never returned 1 phone call after 3 calls. Very unprofessional. As I'm a business owner as well who is also extremely busy but I do return calls. When I need additional plumbing on my 16 rental homes I'll tell Emeralds plumbing this guy isn't welcomed . read more

They did alright service..... However, since the work was completed; I have not been able to get a hold of the company. I did not have them patch up due to recently found electrical problems. The workers said they would come back after the repairs have been done. They did advise they may need to charge a service fee. I have no problems with that, but they have not returned my call. They are super hard to get in touch with... I wouldn't recommend. read more

Great service by a hard-working and quick-moving team! We had our entire house re-piped and this is the sub-contractor that they arranged to repair the 29 drywall sections in our house and garage. They were early for the promptly scheduled appointment and went straight to work. Alex, Brian and Tyler did a great job of walking through the home to protect the areas they were working in, keeping mess to a minimum. I had almost virtually no clean-up after they left a few short hours later. Their communication as a team helped them to flow effortlessly through the rooms, creating an efficient and smooth process of repair, even with my vaulted ceilings. No wonder they can run several calls in a day! What's even better is that the job they did is incredible. I know it's "just" drywall patching, but I have seen some terrible jobs done when we rented for a decade, by a dozen different companies. They matched all of the wall texture types perfectly and the patches look seamless. Once we paint, no one will know the difference. I wish they did private work, too. I would hire them in a heartbeat when we re-do things down the road. Cannot thank them enough for their time and effort - outstanding results! read more

This company was hired by my plumbing company to do drywall repairs after a repipe. The guys did a nice job on the holes they did patch, however, did not finish what was contracted to be done. When I called KMD, I talked to Kenneth, the owner I presume, who had an attitude the minute he started talking. He sent a picture of the wall stating that this hole in the drywall was not as a result of the repipe. Huh? What an idiot. Does he not check his facts before making a comment? Of course it was. Then he goes on to say he wasn't willing to do the work unless my water heater was moved as he stated there wasn't enough room to work. Ironically though my husband (when he was alive) did repair work in this very same area without any problem and he was not a small guy (which all of these workers were) so I don't understand his refusal to do the work. So basically I am screwed out of the work being done because of his excuse. Would NOT recommend doing business with this company. Very poor customer service. Also, the guys minimally cleaned up when they were done and left furniture out of place which is very frustrating since I am a widow and have no means in which to move it back! Geez, put everything back where it was before you came!! read more

The crew was nice and did a great job HOWEVER there was the small issue of our pet cat being sealed inside the wall. Hey stuff happens BUT after we had to cut her out we called to tell them what happened and see about them coming back out to repair the new hole. The crewman was super nice and apologetic but after speaking to his boss was told to call us back and say, "it is not his responsibility" and thus did not come back out. If you hire them, keep an eye on your pets and don't expect them to fix any mistakes. Again, great crew... Lame boss. read more
