I have had 4 Seasons Remodeling out to my condo twice to take care of warranty issues (which were…read morewater intrusion issues due to a leaky roof) and they have gone above and beyond to fix my issues. They are very attentive and prior to their first visit, (I was not convinced and still am not that the roof leak was fixed by the builder), they continued to stay in contact with me (over 2+ months) to see if I was ready for the repairs. I explained my situation with wanting to see if the roof would continue to leak (but the wind & rain never blew towards my unit, which causes the roof to leak) and they were very patient with me and understood my concerns. I finally consented to having them fix my ceiling only to discover another leak in another room of my condo. I told the builder warranty office that I had to have 4 Seasons back to fix this issue. They did a fabulous job and even took care of some other paint touch-ups while they were here. Our builder tends to use another vendor for these repair issues, but the other vendor doesn't really care about the quality of their work, therefore, I demanded 4 Seasons. They do an awesome job, are very accomodating and extremely pleasant to deal with. They truly care about their customers and the work that they do. I will definitely use them again if I ever decide to do any remodel work, etc.

Instead, there is a $99 diagnostic fee to come out. - However, if the job total exceeds $300, this fee is waived; if it is under $300, the $99 fee applies. - While I respect the company's billing policy, I find it does not benefit the customer compared to competitors who charge lower dispatch fees ($49-$59) and wave the fee if accepting the job. - The fee should ideally be waived upon booking the job, regardless of the final cost. My rating is strictly a reflection of this rigid pricing structure, not the physical service work. (we noticed their van and its how we found their number. Maybe next time.)
