They took the time to check the floor for level and found that the entire area was far from level. They used leveler to achieve a subfloor they could work with and the end result was fantastic. We also had a good working experience with them. They were timely and did what they promised. The guys showed up early and left late to get the job completed on time. Stevens character and experience is also worth mentioning. He kept his word and was trustworthy. They went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied and kept us engaged as needed decisions came about. We find that quality hard to come by these days. His workmanship and superior focus on quality shows in the final result.
