TERRIBLE! DO NOT USE FOR ANY REASON…read more This company is an absolute piece of crap. They did our roof in Apopka FL in Jan 2024. First problem, they did not finish the job. They sent someone out THREE different times to finish the work and we still had to do several things ourselves. Second problem, they threw out all the boards which we needed to get paint matched so we could, as I said, finish the work. This cost us an extra $400 to have someone else repaint the trim in a uniform color. Third problem, and our biggest complaint: In May, literally four months after the job was completed and no contact from the company, West Orange Roofing mailed us a "Notice of Intent to Lien" for $300. This is literally 1.3% of the total cost of the roof. They threatened us, with no prior notice, to put a lien on our house for a pittance. Who does that? Greedy scumbags, that's who. We talked to a woman named Brianna in their office who said the total contract price went up by $300 because the workers needed to buy three boards which had not originally been priced in the contract. She said she called us numerous times at a phone number, which she read back to us, and it was incorrect. They didn't try to email us, or mail us an invoice, they called the wrong number and went straight to threatening a lien. I hope everyone at West Orange Roofing who read this review chokes on it. They are absolute garbage human beings. I wish I could use stronger language to describe how terrible they are. Do not get involved with them for any reason.

I interviewed many roofing companies and decided on Revolution for several reasons. First and foremost, Andrew and his team discovered issues with my roof that other roofing companies had failed to point out. I had a drainage issue with an almost completely flat portion of the roof. Andrew and his team came up with a solution that will prevent pooling and drainage issues in the future. Second, Andrew was quick to respond to questions and gather answers and information necessary for me to make an informed decision. Other companies failed to respond in a timely manner, if at all. Third, Andrew and the team took time to come out and visit the house several times prior to replacement, take pictures, have meetings formulating a plan, and developing a solution for a roof that will last for decades. Once the replacement began, the team started early and worked late, to ensure the process moved quickly. Each night the roof was secured to protect from any possible rain that might occur through the evening. They were in constant contact with me, either by call or text, sharing pictures, to inform me of situations they found as they uncovered the old roof, and offered different solutions for my opinion on how to correct them. As the job came to a close, the team quickly cleaned up all debris. Andrew made a site visit once the crew had left and spent time looking for any nails or materials that may have been missed. I had my inspector and a mold inspector tell me there was a leak in the master closet. I am under contract in this townhome so you can see why that would worry me. The townhome's owner had ACI come and assess the leak. Roy the owner is the one who did the inspection, he wrote in the report there are no active leaks and that the roof is in good condition. I called him to clarify because the other two professions had mentioned a leak, I wanted to be sure this was not anything that a prospective buyer should worry about. He sternly explained that he comes to this building every other week that there are multiple leaks and he's been telling them to replace it but no one wants to. You can see how that raised a major red flag on my side. I talk to my realtor who calls Roy herself and apparently he was talking about a different unit. Weird. Well I call him today to ask if he can please write me something saying that either my roof is in good or poor condition so that I can negotiate price while I am still under contract. He answered the phone by saying "do not call me I want nothing to do with you you are a liar" I stated that I was told it was a misunderstanding about the wrong unit. He didn't want to hear anything I had to say and wouldn't let me speak. Very unfortunate the way his business is handled. When the roof was installed the person putting in the screws put 2 screws right next to each other for reasons unknown. One of the screws ripped out looking like it was shot with a 22.
