We reserved a room here on 1/27/2026 and arrived right after check in and were told they had no electricity and could not give out refunds and if we used a third party to contact them for refund. We did, they talked with hotel and stated we were a "no show" and no refund would be coming. That was a lie right there. We did show up and were turned away. I feel this hotel just stole our money and being on a retirement income I can't afford to just have people steal my money. Stayed here with my parents and their dog. Drove from Gulf Shores Alabama that morning. We had some leftover sandwiches and walked to Cracker Barrell across the street to get a salad. It was nice being on the ground floor as we carried in a dog kennel and carry on bags. Breakfast included too many carbs for me. Would have liked more variety. I made arrangements for January 6th-7th. $93 for the room, $35 for my dog and $100 deposit (for what?). $100 deposit in cash you get it back after they check the room and before you check out. If on a credit card 5-10 business days to refund as long as room checked okay. An envelope was left in case we'd like to tip the house keeper. I've not seen this before and had no problem not leaving the house keeper $0. Where do I start....... Dog hair on my sheets, pillows were old, like thrift shop find, floors had dog hair in the corners and not swept, trays for the coffee pot and ice tubs were dirty, mirror had water spots on it. Dog hair in the tub and the the chrome in the bathroom area was crusted with layers of dust. Something brown was on the back of the bathroom door and trim. It appeared a hole was in the bathroom door but instead of replacing the cheap door they glued a rubber piece over the hole. Shower head was not working properly, microwave was nasty. We reserved a room with two double beds which could sleep 4 but only had two towels. Lamp shades were dirty with dust and dog hair. Hardwood floors for easier cleaning? Charging station does not work and internet was on and off. Good things....... Blow dryer & AC worked. refrigerator was clean, room did not smell musty. Pet friendly. The outside was not appealing to the eye. In the back was two large laundry bins with bags of garbage in them. Dead potted plants laying around and leaves everywhere. Garbage cans were overflowing with garbage. You could not drive by the front door because a car was parked on one side and a golf cart on the other. We have two dogs who travel with us. We make sure our room is not left messy. This is what I got for $93+$35+100! Lady at the front desk was not friendly. The pictures online do not represent this establishment as it is in person. I mean-- you get what you pay for. It's by no means fabulous, but it does the trick if you're just needing a place to lay your head down. The rooms look recently renovated-- mine was a very clean. I was pleasantly surprised. They do charge a $35 dog deposit. Make sure to specify you want non-smoking if that's your preference. They do still have smoking rooms. I was rest pleasantly surprised by the receptionist. She was kind and helped me work through some kinks that happened when I booked through a 3rd party website. read more

Reserved a room for January 7th-8th. When I made this reservation it was just for my spouse but our plans changed. It was for one full bed. We requested two full beds, two adult with two pets. Originally the first room was $93, each pet was $35/$70 with $100 deposit. With a upgraded room it was an additional fee of $35. We just stepped in the room and back out. $93+70+$35+$100 deposit. Deposit will be returned if room checks out ok the next day but take 5-10 business days. My husband was not impressed with the clerk upon checking in. Toilet had urine on it, Pubic hair in the tub, towels smelled and there were only two. Blow dryer stunk and just thick layer of dust around corners of bathroom counter. Walls dirty. A reused envelope left saying if I felt like leaving a tip for the house keeper I could leave it in that envelope provided. Never seen this before and I did not. Phone charging stations did not work and the internet was off & on. No continental breakfast was ever mentioned but I'd not eat there either. Pictures online do not even come close to what I seen. I don't like giving a bad review BUT this Quality Inn is bad! We rented 4 rooms. All smelled and has to buy fabreeze in order to breathe. 2 our out of 4 rooms had very small tvs and the beds were lower at the head than the feet. Never seen anything like this before. The floors were nasty turned everyone's feet black. The towels and wash cloths were so dingy and nasty looking we went and got some to use. Looked like the floors were cleaned with them and not washed with bleach. The pool had lots of chlorine but the kids had fun. Only reason they get one star. The breakfast food was not Quality Inn standards. This is all it was; Stale cereal with 2% and skim milk 4 slices of white bread for toast. 3 slices of wheat bread, 5 bagels and when asked for more was told that's all they had. Watery waffle mix bit did make a waffle. Kids didn't like them. Not near enough for 4 rooms much less almost full house. (when making reservations said it was almost booked up was why my rate went up) Sad. I was extremely upset over the conditions! Attached it just two pictures one of towels and one of the bed skirt. At least there was no bedbugs. It was so bad we all had to go to Waffle House to eat. This was disappointing to everyone. Our first big family vacation was not as enjoyable as we anticipated because these rooms were not Quality Inn. Not American Owned either. read more

I stay here twice a month. The thing to note with Corinth.....it's a tiny cross section of America that one must accept. [I have been known to call it the arm pit, it's true!!!] You may say, "you know me bc I stay here twice a month and I would like a room NOT next to construction, pretty please with cherries that I'll feed to you, if you so wish." You may be asking yourself what one gets with such a request?!? I would too. You get the room next to construction that begins at 730am CST. Naturally! Everything is in reverse in this town. EVERY day is Opposite Day! BUT you also get some sweet people who will love you when you're far from home and the boys at the giant waffle will aid and abet in your ramen game if you tell them how to play said waffle game. Don't bother with the downtown bc it's good ole boys and their pig friends. No one gets out alive!!! If you keep far from the garden path of this town you will get the best bits! read more

Many of the reviews here are old, so since I found myself having to stay here, I thought I'd provide a more current assessment. Overall, I'd call this Quality Inn "fine." My experience was nowhere near as bad as earlier reviewers. I'll share positives and negatives. Positives: The room was reasonably clean. This sounds unflattering, but compared to the pictures here, it is important. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good water pressure and hot water. I did not try the television, and being November the pool was closed. Despite the external door, I had no problem with noise. It did not smell bad. Negatives: Carpet needs to be replaced; it was vacuumed, but there was obviously years of ground in dirt. Shower, while clean, was dingy and also needed updating. Coffee pot was rusty. I normally stay at higher priced hotels, but had no choice for this stay. I was very nervous based on Yelp! reviews and word of mouth, and maybe these lowered my expectations enough that I was pleased, but here's the bottom line: I would stay here again without concerns if I had to, but will choose a "nicer" property whenever possible. read more

I recommend trying other hotels in the area. 1st room had a busted lock and had been recently broken into, bathroom was dirty and bed was visibly sagging. We asked for a different room. 2nd room had dirty carpet, bathtub scum, hair on the floor, toliet wasnt bolted to the floor, old ripped up shower curtain, dirty coffeemaker and then there was the dirty pool. My husband and I checked in here because it was literallly the only pet friendly hotel we could find in Corinth, Ms. Judging by the condition of the outside, we dreaded this stay but had no choice. We had booked it for 4 nights until our RV was fixed. We checked in and paid $90.00 a night + $25.00 A NIGHT pet fee. They gave us room L06 and the first thing we noticed was the nasal burning smell of "old!" The carpet was nasty, the chair cushion had a huge stain on it that I can only assume was urine. The window, was cracked down the middle and the inside of the glass was so incredibly FILTHY, that the glass had a tacky feel to it. The ceiling above the tub/shower was made of separate tiles that were warped and you could see rust. The luggage rack that they supply to place your suitcase on looked as though it had never been wiped down. When I went to take a shower, I grabbed a washcloth and it had a dark yellow stain down it. The towels had an overwhelming smell of chemicals to them. I'm not a picky person, I usually am happy with a simple clean room. Nothing fancy. But quality inn should be totally ashamed of this place. Fortunately, to their credit, they refunded us our money for the nights we didn't use. But I don't see how a housekeeper or a hotel manager can walk in and inspect that room and say 'yup, this looks perfect!" read more

I stayed at this hotel on 8/18/20 in a non smoking room. The manager of this hotel billed me 100$ claiming that I smoked in the non smoking room. In fact I'm not a smoker and stay in choice hotels across multiple states and have been for years and have never had this happen. Multiple calls and emails ignored in my attempt to resolve the bill dispute I don't recommend staying and this hotel due the the possibility of this happening to anyone at random. I called a few days later and was told the deposit would not be returned because I broke the TV remote. Since I checked in late and checked out early, I never touched the remote. Musty smell when you walk in just makes the place feel dirty. Add the chipped and missing paint, along with the locks OBVIOUSLY having been broken and replaced, and YIKES. The bathtub was old at best and grimy/dirty at worst. Only positives were wifi in the room and the convenience of being on highway 72. Pay the extra and go somewhere else. This place looked a lot better in the deceiving online photos. The first thing we noticed was the smell...we booked a non-smoking room but placed next to a smoking room. No hot water, no remote, dirty bed, dirty linens, horribly dingy towels that looked like they have been there since opening, dirty pool, dirty floor, staff didn't care. Yuck. We literally just checked in for two nights. The room smells. The wallpaper is peeling. The mirror is falling off the wall. There are cigarette burns on the edge of the tub. The drains have rings around them. There are three small, square pillows on the bed. I'm so grossed out at the thought of staying here two nights... but there are no refunds... This motel is located right on Highway 72 in Corinth. It's located right next to a Waffle House & a few gas stations & right by North 45. Lot of history in Corinth & the Shiloh battlefield is nearby. The people here were very friendly but the motel was just average, not really worth the price they charge. They do allow dogs & the breakfast is all right. But the bathroom is small, old & even my 5'6" daughter had to duck under the shower because it sat so low. The tiles were old & nasty. It was kind of noisy but that's not really the motels fault. The wi fi was free but horrible! I recommend somewhere else if possible read more

This hotel is by far the worst i have stayed in. Horrible breakfast. The room looks like something an 80's model funeral home puked up and the plumbing is terrible. Old tv that hardly work.
