We arrived at about 3 PM to check in. Check in was easy. We were given the room we booked with a king bed. The room was nice and cozy. It was a little loud as it was near both the freeway and pool. It wasn't too loud at night. The bathroom was a typical Residence Inn bathroom with Bonvoy shampoo, conditioner and soap. They have a nice gym with treadmills, ellipticals, bikes and weights for you to lift. The gym was nice and clean. They had wipes and towels for you to clean the machines after use. Breakfast is served downstairs in the morning with the usual Bonvoy offerings of scrambled eggs, sausage patties and quiche. Breads and coffee are also available. It was a good property that gave us a good night's rest.

Having a kitchen in the room definitely saved money compared to the expensive Vail restaurants. The daily free breakfast has limited choices so it was relaxing just sitting in the room, eating breakfast and looking out the window at the trees. Never have I stayed at a hotel where employees were constantly and thoroughly cleaning. Lobby seat cushions were vacuumed. The gym was immaculate. Buffet area and tables were constantly cleaned. Underground parking was convenient when loading and unloading luggage. Plus luggage carts are available near the garage. Overall I would highly recommend staying here.

Sonja managed every aspect of our affair, ensuring every dimension of a large party was attended to the last detail. Sonja listened to the Bride's comments and discerned solutions that were both creative and thoughtful. We had several dignitaries in our party - two Senators, a US Attorney, and a Fox News commentator - and Sonja saw to it that consideration was made for both their privacy and security. It was way too late to switch rooms so we suffered. My lungs were burning the next morning as I headed to surgery at Steadman. Once outside loading things into the car, because no room was ready for switching, I could smell the cigarette smoke on my clothes and bag. So foul! I requested a refund but never received it. I was told to look for an email that never arrived either. Seriously disappointed and a complete health issue to endure and be charged over 250$ to suffer it. I felt like I was a kid in my parents car going to Grandma's house with the windows cracked as my parents chainsmoked the hours long drive. Gross. Unacceptable Hilton. Questioning my Honors membership.

Even standard rooms are equipped with a full size fridge, small kitchenette, couch and are very clean and spacious. The one bedroom suites were amazing as well. The patio is a perfect gathering space, and clean indoor gym and pool. They have complimentary breakfast and happy hour with free beer and wine and snacks. But notably the staff was so accommodating and wonderful. My sister and her wife were originally set up at the Hoffman across the street. Immediately they were so disappointed with their customer service, ammenties, and their room which also smelt like sewage! With that service to the two brides who booked a block w a very pricey deposit at the Hoffman, that was unacceptable service. I went down and spoke to Brittany if there was any room for them two after telling her about their experience. Originally there was two suites available and when they officially decided to jump ship there was only a standard queen available. We gave them our king standard and they went out of their way to call around and move reservations to ensure the brides got a suite. They were so accommodating and went out of their way to make the weekend special for the brides, something the Hoffman couldn't even bother to do with the brides in person struggling to haul their belongings and dresses to their room with no help. The element even left flowers in their room. This is not to be a Hoffman diss review, but rather to highlight how above and beyond this establishment went for the occasion. Their agreement with the element was just a discount code with no deposit or money down for the occasion. I won't say how much they put down for a deposit for reserving the blocks at the Hoffman but it was $$$$$. Shout out Brittany. Shout out the whole staff, I never had a bad experience or anything but going above and beyond. Every guest who stayed there In our party has no complaints and they made our weekend amazing and so convenient.

I had the Caesar salad, which was AMAZING with a side of sourdough bread that was ALSO AMAZING! Both bartenders were terrific. I hated to leave, but I had plans later in the evening that necessitated my departure. I will be back!

I attended this property this weekend where there was a festival happening…read more My friend was up at the store, sitting minding his business when he saw a person hit a sign that tells people where to park - jokingly he said, "Sh*t happens bro" and went to help the person pick up the sign. The owner of the property, an older women, came out of the building and started yelling at my friend, called him a f*ggot and was getting IN HIS face, making the situation more escalated. My friend was trying to say "how did I make you mad? What can I do to help?" while four other grown men, and two couples began also saying slurs and yelling at my friend. She had security called on him (which was totally unnecessary) She told security he was getting in her face and yelling...when SHE was the one doing this. I cannot believe this women and other people would choose to use slurs and commit a HATE CRIME on my friend. I had to write about it to let people know the owner of the property is not a good person. I'm not sure if she was mad at him because he used one bad word, was gay? But UNACCEPTABLE!
