However, we had a very disturbing incident late at night. 3 men tried to open our door at night and fortunately we secured the door from inside to prevent it from being opened even with a keycard. We had no idea why they were able to open the door using a keycard when we had already gotten our room. I was asleep when this happened but my wife woke up and went downstairs to the front desk and sure enough, one of the people trying to get in our room was the desk attendant. He apologized saying that the computer system was having issues and may have caused them to believe that our room was unoccupied. Later the next day, the manager also apologized to us and said Wyndham was handling the IT systems for booking and assigning rooms and were having technical difficulties. Aside from that, the breakfast in the morning was excellent, esp their eggs, sausage, and hash browns. I guess I was unlucky to have encountered such a scary ordeal but if it hadn't happened, they could have scored a 4-5 star review.

We agreed to disagree at 11pm. The room was clean enough. The problem is it was tiny. Like smallest room I've stayed in other than nyc. Because of the size the layout was terrible. You couldn't see the tv from anywhere other than the bed it was next to. One bed was against the wall on two sides. The beds were comfortable but the shower could use some work on the tile and some cleaning of the grout that meets the tub. Plenty of water pressure and hot water. Bathroom was as small as the room. It had a kitchen if that's what you're looking for. A freshening of staff attitude would help rating. Size will be hard to fix. If you need a place to crash en route to something. This is fine. If you're here to be here, I'd look elsewhere.
