After hail damage to our home in Farmington, we had a number of things that needed to be addressed that necessitated working with different companies. La Tray has been the best to work with by far. Jesse worked with us on a plan to attack the siding that helped us keep costs in line with our insurance claim. They also provided additional information for the insurance company when asked. They truly don't use subcontractors and take great pride in their work. They were tenacious in finding everything to match our siding and downspouts. They worked over multiple days and each day the exterior was left tidy. They very respectful of the property and neighbors. Everything looks better than we even expected. We will be calling them again when other projects arise. In fact, we've already done so to have new storm doors installed.

I had a very disappointing experience with this locksmith service…read more I called them to unlock my door. Before the service, my original key was working normally with the lock. After the locksmith unlocked the door, my key could no longer open the lock at all. When I contacted them again, they insisted the problem was because my lock was "low quality." However, the lock had been working perfectly with my key before the unlocking service. The issue only appeared immediately after their work. I suspect that the internal pins of the lock cylinder may have been altered or disturbed during the unlocking process, which effectively changed the key configuration. As a result, I had to pay again for another unlocking service. I am sharing this experience so that others are aware and ask clear questions before agreeing to service. Always confirm whether the locksmith will change or rekey the lock and make sure you receive the proper keys if that happens. I don't even want to give this business one star, but if I don't I can not post this review.
