He told us that he had to send us a quote via email. That was strange as everyone that came after him gave us a quote on the spot. He told us he would send the quote the next day and he was going to drop off a sample of the color sample as well, as he lives very close to us. The next day he did not show up. The quote was never sent. We have not hear from him since we saw him at our house. Very unprofessional!!! What a waste of time! I guess Brock Windows and Steve Matika don't care about quotes, sales and good customer service!!! We got a great quote elsewhere and we are getting our new door installed next month! When i went back to get two screens re-done so they fit and don't fall out easily / or get removed easily by burglars, i was told by the receptionist that these screens i was bringing in are not even made by them. Somehow i was trying to rip them off? GOODBYE .... never again.

Worst company to deal with. 15 Windows and 3 doors. Windows were wrong sizes, damaged from factory and installers had already removed most of the old windows without realizing that they were wrong. Had to temporarily install them to cover the holes. They damaged my ext. siding from ladders against the wall. Damaged my brick from installation. I have no interior casing around my windows. Jobs is not finished. Haven't heard from them in over 2 weeks about what they plan on doing to solve the problem. They don't return messages or calls. And now we are in October. Will my house get water damages now from this unfinished project. My sales person Jennifer has not been helpful in anyway with what's been going on. She is a another person who doesn't return messages or phone calls. Bottom line, stay clear of this company. I have no idea how they managed to be in business this long. There customers must be blind or don't know any better. I would give them a ZERO star review if i could.
