As a born Michigander, yet raised in Florida, I found myself lost at a crossroads in the middle of the state on my way to Traverse City this past summer. Cole, in his service truck, found me lost, and not only directed me down the the right roads, but stayed with me until I found a clear route to my destination. I did make it, did not forget the chivalry given, and am still in awe of such a selfless person! Side note, Cole, I will be back up north every summer and look forward to sharing a coffee with you over our experience. Thanks again, Nicole Davis from Florida

It was so nice to come home and be able to put the car in the garage without getting out to lift the door manually. THANK YOU so much!!! After doing a little research I came across the M&M Garage Door website. I wasn't certain if it was legitimate because it almost looked to good to be true. I sat there and read one five star review after another and another. I was contacted by a gentleman named Matt who really listened and assured me that he would help me get that garage door safe and functional. After our conversation I knew I was in good hands. I was so excited that I really spent some time looking at their website and all the images. Absolutely Beautiful !!! My favorite picture is the one with all of the employee's standing together in front of the vehicles with the little dog. You can clearly see in the eyes of every individual that these are really some first class quality people that take a lot of Pride and Joy in the work that they do ! M&M had technicians on the scene Pronto and they went through every inch of that door with a Free Inspection. They really took their time and explained my options and found a perfect solution that worked for me. They said they could have a technician come over in a day or two and I was amazed by their quick response time. A couple hours later there's a knock at my door and a gentleman named Alex Wonders from M&M said he had another appointment in an hour or so and if I wanted he could take care of the garage door today. I really was kind of speechless, I've never had better or more prompt service in my entire life. Not only was Alex one of the nicest and most genuine people I've ever met, he went through every inch of that Garage Door and I guarantee Alex fixed that door exactly the same way that he would have fixed his own. That's all you can ever ask for or hope for. I've never been treated better by Anyone in my entire life than I have by Alex and the entire staff at M&M Garage Door. If you need a Free Inspection of your current door or if you are ready to buy that new Garage Door you've been dreaming of , do yourself a favor and call M&M Garage Door. You'll be happy you did Update : March 4, 2025 I recently had " M&M Garage Door " rebuild my old garage door and make it function like new. I could not be happier. I happened to notice that one of the cables needed a minor adjust. The cable was slightly rubbing against the door and it probably would have been fine but I decided to text Matt and let him know my concern. Within 5 minutes of texting Matt I received a call from M&M . They said they could have a technician over here first thing in the morning. A very nice gentleman named Mitchell came over and I shared my concern with him. Mitchell went above and beyond the call of duty and he didn't just do a quick fix. He really took his time and went through and adjusted everything. He would not leave until that door was Absolutely Perfect !! When you hire a company to work on your home, they all tell you how they stand behind their work and their work is completely guaranteed and if there's any problem they'll take care of it but very few ever come close to the promises that they make. Most times it's like pulling teeth to try to get them to come back and correct an issue especially after they've already been paid and have moved on to the next customer. I couldn't have been happier with the way that M&M Garage Door and all of their Wonderful Employees took such good care of me and I couldn't be more Thankful for the way they came back out here immediately and went above and beyond just to make sure that I was Completely Satisfied !!
