Joe contacted me, came over, quoted the job, and scheduled our home to start two weeks later. They were on the job about 2 weeks, but had a couple rain days and a weekend involved. They did a great job. Our home has a lot of special detail work, and some high work. They kept the job site clean and were 100% professional. I would not hesitate to use them again if I ever needed their services.

Review: My home was painted by Armored Painting. Every encounter I've had with Nelson and his crew have been positive. They are honest, hardworking people and they were cautious to make sure our dogs were safe before opening gates, etc. my wife was extremely complimentary to them due to the conscientious nature of the crew. My house looks phenomenal as well. Any questions/requests I had were immediately addressed. Oh and they came when they said they would, one day when the wind was 30mph they rapidly decided that it was a bad idea to be 30+ft up on a ladder (This was a wise decision). The next day, they were back at it again. This was my first experience where a contractor actually showed up religiously when he said he would. If I have issues, I'm confident Armored Painting will stand by their work. I don't expect issues as everything looks great. I will likely hire him again for the interior areas of my house that I want to refinish. I'm not adding pictures as it's the exterior of my house.

I hired the Grazas team to construct some walls and shelving, and paint my office. In the morning…read morebefore they arrived, my husband was admitted to hospital, so I was alone in a new city with two puppies, trying to work, and juggle furniture deliveries. They got to work immediately, did the job to an impeccable standard, within budget and on time, no fuss. I had said that I would provide the paint but with my husband in the hospital they offered to get it for me along with the barn door my husband had intended to pick up. As if that's not enough, they noticed that my husband had begun patching a hole in the hallway. Without saying a word about it, they fixed the hole and painted it for me at no extra charge. Grazas is amazing and I will definitely use them in the future if I have a need.

This has caused so much strain to our Mother and her home. The times they have come out to do their "patch repair jobs" we are never notified or told when they will appear - we would like to know when they come out so that we can have someone available to speak to. Mr. Salinas came out a few weeks ago to assess the damage made inside the home after a bad storm and all they did was assess and never heard from them again. I have made multiple calls and have left multiple messages to Mr. Salinas and Soraida and nothing. At this point I just want the portion they worked on redone!!! Hand them do several tasks: 1) re-roof my Gazebo…read more2) move Washer/Dryer from one wall to another 3) Clean weeds around the sidewalk wrapped around my house Gazebo was excellent. Washer/Dryer was okay. Weed cleaning was mediocre at best. They had to move some pipes around the laundry room and cut into the drywall to do so. They pierced into the wall in the room next door. They repaired the damages, but when it came to the color matching of the walls' paint, they got a completely different color and they were going to leave it as it was and instead of fixing their mistake, they wanted me to spend hundreds on labor and paint to repaint the whole area in my 15' high cieling home. I took it upon myself to get the correct color from Home Depot, and they painted it on, and it was a correct match. ( let me add they did patch up a whole in my kitchen free of charge). I stated specifically what weeds needed to be cleaned before the process began. When they claimed to be done with the weeds, they didn't do any of the front sidewalk until I told them. Even so, it was not detailed professionally. Granted, they did work with the price. But I wonder if that's why I got a poor job with the weeds. As the projects were complete and they were getting ready to leave, I pointed out areas that needed to be cleaned from the materials of the drywall that stained my gazebo and back door handles. Time management was horrible. They decided the times they would arrive and I'd agree the day before. Regardless of their excuses, they never made a single appointment on time, having me waking up and waiting for hours at a time. I decided to try them again for a fence project I'm about to begin. Last week (Thursday at 1100 am) they informed me they would arrive 'First thing in the morning at 7' Monday morning. I agreed. There was no cancelation, so I assumed we were good to go. I woke up Monday morning at 0500 am to a message they sent at 9:46 last night to confirm if we were good for Monday morning. I texted yes. He stated that he didn't get an answer last night that we needed to reschedule. Don't get me wrong. The work they did was excellent as far as the Gazebo and Laundry room. They were helpful with the added patch work. They are good at making appointments but bad at being on time or keeping them. This is a review for them as much as the person attempting to hire them on mistakes that can be fixed. Time Management and Attention to detail are very needed for this up and coming company as well as cleaning after the projects are complete.
