I purchased tile for four bathrooms and 2,000 square feet of floor tile for a duplex I am building. There were seven pellets of merchandise. Lee helped me find everything I needed. Dominic from Pro Services closed the deal. I needed the supplies that same day and she and so many employees helped pick, pack and load all the merchandise. I was so overwhelmed by going over the budget on certain items and changing last-minute tiles for our restrooms. That I didn't think it would have gone smoothly starting again with the selections. I went in to Floor & Decor for my first time, thinking that I'd compare prices with the local chains, to go buy from them but quickly discovered that this would be my last stop. Bought 48 boxes of tile and the grout and cement needed to install it. We were promptly helped and all of the items were loaded into our van. Excellent customer service by Erica Lopez design supervisor. She answered every question with accurate information and great feedback . Within 5 minutes she got us a cart full of material and ready to check out. Will, cashier was able to pull up our order just by looking at our cart.
