Don't do business with these guys. We got ripped off thinking we we're getting tile and carpet installed. They only installed carpet and when we asked when they were going to install tile they said we hadn't paid for it yet when he went in there specifically for tile. They gave us 4-5 quotes to confuse us. We called and argued with them and he said he didn't know we still wanted tile? Hah! This place is a joke and they're known in the valley for doing this type of thing. read more

Very bad management, terrible experience dealing with Lily, she hung up on the phone with me many times deliberately. The floor installers not professional, showed up when they wanted to , had a time fixed , didnt show up on time . Sales rep in the previous year was more on top of things (Panta Torres). I have more apartments to build and I will not use this company in mcallen again . When they wanted my business they would call all the time, when I needed a repair , wouldn't return my phone calls and would hang up on me . Very unprofessional and unpleasant. read more

do yourself a favor and pick ANYONE else. I would give this company 0 stars for showery business dealings if I could. I went by to match the tile I had previously installed in my house a few years back. I spent 45 minutes talking to John about it. We matched a tile , he wrote down the tile number/ info. I then asked about carpet, spent another 45 minutes picking out a carpet and even took a sample home with me. I told him to please schedule a time to come to my house to do an estimate, they came out did the measurements and then I never heard anything. 2 weeks later I called the office and told them all of this and said where's my estimate? They said let me have the guy text you. He sends me a photo of an estimate with 5 or 6 lines of indecipherable product names and codes. I asked is this for everything? Meaning tile and carpet plus padding, removal of old carpet etc. He said yes. I picked a different carpet sample and asked him to update the estimate with the new carpet. I get another picture of a quote back. I asked is this for everything. He didn't answer. 2 more week go by, I asked when can you install it. He said he needed a deposit first, asked for a credit card for deposit to buy the carpet. I sent pictures of my card, he charged me 3 weeks later he texts that the carpet has come in so we set up a date for installation. That all goes well, workers were nice, efficient and good at their job. Following day I asked when can we expect the tile to be installed he tells me he never gave me a quote for tile. I said yes you did it's been included the entire time. I've asked you repeatedly if that was for everything. I went In Specifically to match that tile we spent 45 minutes finding the right color why on earth would that not include the tile!? He fought with me blamed me, never took accountability for purposefully deceiving me and offered no remedies to fix the situation. Through the grapevine of Contractors and construction friends we've heard that's what this company does, they're very known for shady business dealings and there's nothing I can do about it. A day later he texts me to tell me I have a deposit on my account that needs to be paid and asks for the rest of the money. HAHA like I'd pay another cent after getting ripped off by this guy. Now I have to start the tile process over again because I refuse to do business with these shady people. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They don't give a crap about ripping you off. Not to mention my carpet is not the same color I picked and paid for but I'm stuck with it now since I can't count on them to remedy any fuck ups they caused. June 14 we place a order for tile we received our order and the tile was the wrong one when i went to pick up the guy there was saying it was the correct one. I brought it home show it to my husband and surely it was the wrong tile. I took it back the next day the guys from the warehouse where not there so my husband the lady that works in the front office and myself had to unload material it was so heavy. John said he was going to refund my money that was on June 29 and that it was going to take 2 days. I never received my refund i called John on July 11 and told him i haven't received my refund he said he was going to call corporate office because i should have received my money he said he was going to call me back. He never called back so i called him and he said that it takes a couple of hours. My husband called him on July 12 and John said he was going to call corporate again that he has been talking to a girl name Yvonne there and that every time he calls her it goes straight to voice mail. My husband ask him for the corporate office number i called and spoke to Yvonne i explain everything and it seem like if she didnt care she didnt even said sorry she said she just found out about this yesterday. Are you fucking kidding me this has been going on since June i was supposed to get my refund like 2 weeks ago and she just found out about this yesterday so all this time John has been lying. I am going to call the owner Jim Barton tomorrow and tell him how unprofessional this people are but i doubt that he is going to care. So save all this trouble people dont buy from this company it will only give you headaches. read more
