Joel, who led the crew, let us know what they were doing every step of the way by texts, emails, and calls, which included pictures and several videos, plus aerial views by drones. Dayna and Marz were kind in informing us on how to save thousands of dollars, which we did. It's already rained multiple times this past winter/early spring, and our roof is still fabulous. I recommend this company more than highly. They're top tier.

Had her without a roof since April 3 and finally I had to go scare him into installing it on May 10. To top it off when I went looking for him he hid inside his parents house until I said I was going straight to KRGV 5, is when he came out. (It hasn't been raining that long that he could not have finished the job in a timely manner.) He said he had insurance and has yet to give us proof. Because of his negligence and taking too long on this job, my mom now has damages inside from not having a roof on and well obviously it's been raining. So this contractor has the audacity to text my mom that he needs payment or he's going to seek legal action against her. Mind you he did not install a full roofing system, left the existing rusting drip edge, installed an ASTM 60mph shingle in a hurricane coastal area, etc etc. It has been more than a subpar job. I have asked for a credit of the material he did not install, as he was hired to install a new roofing system. I'm posting this because real contractors will not ask you for money upfront and will gladly provide you with insurance as we do on all our jobs. So please beware of scammers like this guy that pretend to be a contractor. I'm not saying anything bad other than the truth that is accompanied by pictures.

They were paid upfront in full and they keep giving us the round around. Yesterday we asked Mr. MARCOS SOLIS to take the material we already paid for to our property after we suspected they used our money for something else and that was why they were stalling. Mr. MARCOS SOLIS took his van that had been parked on my property for weeks and all his equipment and basically bail on us. Leaving us with our home unfinished. By the looks of it we are going to court, in the meantime this has been causing so much unnecessary stress. I will be updating here the outcome of this case. Please, Please, Please, stay away from this people. They seem like a legitimate company but they're not. There's a reason they don't provide addresses or phone numbers of their "company" because there's no office like they claim, after being confronted he said it was a house but doesn't provide address. Im taking these people to court and they will lose!

Hand them do several tasks: 1) re-roof my Gazebo…read more2) move Washer/Dryer from one wall to another 3) Clean weeds around the sidewalk wrapped around my house Gazebo was excellent. Washer/Dryer was okay. Weed cleaning was mediocre at best. They had to move some pipes around the laundry room and cut into the drywall to do so. They pierced into the wall in the room next door. They repaired the damages, but when it came to the color matching of the walls' paint, they got a completely different color and they were going to leave it as it was and instead of fixing their mistake, they wanted me to spend hundreds on labor and paint to repaint the whole area in my 15' high cieling home. I took it upon myself to get the correct color from Home Depot, and they painted it on, and it was a correct match. ( let me add they did patch up a whole in my kitchen free of charge). I stated specifically what weeds needed to be cleaned before the process began. When they claimed to be done with the weeds, they didn't do any of the front sidewalk until I told them. Even so, it was not detailed professionally. Granted, they did work with the price. But I wonder if that's why I got a poor job with the weeds. As the projects were complete and they were getting ready to leave, I pointed out areas that needed to be cleaned from the materials of the drywall that stained my gazebo and back door handles. Time management was horrible. They decided the times they would arrive and I'd agree the day before. Regardless of their excuses, they never made a single appointment on time, having me waking up and waiting for hours at a time. I decided to try them again for a fence project I'm about to begin. Last week (Thursday at 1100 am) they informed me they would arrive 'First thing in the morning at 7' Monday morning. I agreed. There was no cancelation, so I assumed we were good to go. I woke up Monday morning at 0500 am to a message they sent at 9:46 last night to confirm if we were good for Monday morning. I texted yes. He stated that he didn't get an answer last night that we needed to reschedule. Don't get me wrong. The work they did was excellent as far as the Gazebo and Laundry room. They were helpful with the added patch work. They are good at making appointments but bad at being on time or keeping them. This is a review for them as much as the person attempting to hire them on mistakes that can be fixed. Time Management and Attention to detail are very needed for this up and coming company as well as cleaning after the projects are complete.
