They didn't go by what I wanted They made it the way they wanted. It is deeper then what we can use. And is no use to us. The water ledge was supose to be only 3 inches deep and they made it 13 inches deep. The pool was only to be 6 ft deep and the made it 6ft 6.7inches deep. The pool color was to be blue and they made it green. We paid them 53,000.00 for this pool and did not get what we contracted for. When I ask Lupe the company owner about how he was going to fix it , his answer was , well there is nothing we can do it is already done.

Piers don't look all straight and nice as I expected for a professional company they say to be. The men that come first are hard workers BUT I do feel they still cut corners as everyone here in the valley. I should have known better when they ask for money up front. A lady once sis to me on the nextdoor app never to hire anyone that asks for money up front and she was right but I did not listen because I thought that was the only company here that does that. The house does look leveled though. Just the view of the piers are not all straight. If we wanted to cover the it we would not be able to because piers not aligned. The work was horrible and I had to be the site Forman because the workers did not know code or even the normal direction to hang a door, etc. I was promised a skilled team and no one knew how to caulk, cut crown molding, protect product surfaces, etc. it was a complete mess. I paid a lot of money and was even bullied in my own home when I held final payment until the work was "complete." After finally being rid of this company, I've had to pay several others to come back and fix the mess Aztec left. What a completely unprofessional experience.
