We were sold a new type of system that has been problems since day one. The install itself was bad and and they kept coming out to redo or replace things done. We've not gone a whole year without needing to repair or replace parts. Yesterday we had a leak in the ceiling of our front porch. I started to tear into the ceiling to fix the problem and it turns out that a secondary drain that they said would be removed was actually just pushed up in the ceiling and the hole was covered. That drain was never taken out and I had water dripping ruining my front porch ceiling. I've since stopped calling Cunningham as of almost 2 yrs ago because they never left my unit working without problems. I still owe on this unit as the charged me over 20 grand for. The owner at one point wanted to come out and see the unit and I welcomed the idea but he never came, never took my call, never returned my call, and always had his manager or his sales guy call me. If you say you're going to do something, then please do it. Part of the reason I went with Cunningham was the great reviews on here but I guess I have to be the one. Please do better.

If according to your logs the call was for one unit why would the technician touch the other unit. He had been working on the downstairs unit all morning until Rey came out and assisted with the upstairs unit. Why did we get charged for all that time if it wasn't on his work log? A week later we continued to have issues. Rey and his trainee were the ones that noticed that Norman didn't fix the issue. They had supposedly fixed the issue that day but here we are again with the same issue. Nothing has been fixed properly but charged correctly. We trusted that you guys would fix everything especially with the amount we were charged. Not only am I still having issue, but your operator was unprofessional and rude. We were given incorrect pricing on parts and service. She was very quickly wanting to deduct the difference from Reys check for the misinformation. She even stated on the call multiple times that there was a lot of misinformation given to us and she would provide feedback to them.
