In this case, the company showed up to my mom's house to do repairs on a roof another company had messed up. DO NOT trust everyone who tells you they can do it for less, especially if they do not have the skill set to do the work correctly. For my mom, this was a lesson learned. One thing is clear: Mr. Castro personally ensures and approves the work done by his employees. He is a perfectionist and takes pride in his work. Mr. Castro uses quality standards and quality materials. He once mentioned to me that quality materials do not matter if the workmanship suffers.
